Most certainly the best location in the region. Makes sense that this is the district main location. Manager was easily and efficiently able to resolve my problem caused by a different office. Her professionalism and courtesy were refreshing.

If you use HRblock in the San Diego area please do yourself a favor and have Alicia Bahena do your taxes for you. She will do them faster and better than anyone else and give you peace of mind through the whole process. She's a true professional and deserves your business.

Not happy at all.. I had Joanna she said my company did not take state out of my tax’s which they did so she never claimed in on my tax’s I told her from the beginning all my forms I need claimed and she didn’t file everything correct. My first and last time trying h$r block. They charge you like Uncle Sam them self's for bad Quality work. They are not professionals. Never going back. The moment I walked out of the office I was not satisfied.

They are unwilling to do taxes for retired military for free. I went into the office for an appointment and asked for the option and they said they could not do my taxes for free. H&R sent me a survey and I filled it in very negatively, a representative from corporate H&R Block contacted me saying the local office would be in touch.I talked with the manager and that will not assist the military for free.I thought the where service friendly, guess not.I have talked with others from H&R since the review was posted, again no help. I have my taxes completed without help from H&R Block.Maybe next year I will try again.
