As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money on supplies each month, I have consistently encountered difficulties in submitting my receipts for a full refund.
The lack of clarity in the receipts poses a significant problem, as the scanner often fails to read the faded or poorly printed information. This has resulted in the loss of money on my part, as the receipts are not accepted for refunds due to their illegibility. It is frustrating to experience this issue repeatedly, and it is disheartening to see that this problem persists across multiple locations without any apparent resolution.
I kindly request that you address this matter urgently and implement effective measures to ensure that receipts are printed clearly and legibly at all Dollar Tree stores. Based on my experiences here, this store is just alright. Only one cashier for the long line. Store was kind of messy. Wouldn't be my first choice of store, but not the worst either.

It's a Dollar Tree and a Quarter now. Always busy here and the long line because of only one register in use make Walmart across the street the better option. I only shop at this store if I absolutely need to because while a pint of ice cream is still reasonably priced here, it is a shake by the time you get through the line.This area of El Cajon has degraded to the point where I don't want to even pass through, let alone shop here. If I wasn't staying at the Hampton Inn, I certainly would make Parkway Plaza and surrounding businesses the last resort even though there are decent shops and restaurants in the vicinity.The litter, excrement and human trash that has accumulated here makes me feel like I am in some backwards third world nation instead of America's Finest Suburbs.
