I tried to pull money out of the ATM. It didn’t give it to me, but took the money from my account. I went inside to ask to get my money back. The lady was rude, and told me to call the number on the receipt and someone “might” come out to help me get my money. I called the number, they tell me that they don’t actually send anyone out, and to file a claim to get my money back. So I call to file a claim and they tell me it could be up to 45 days to see MY money. Absolutely horrible experience with horrible people.

ATM inside took my check deposit and lost it. Took 10 days to fully resolve issue. They don't service their own indoor ATM!

Long lines, bankers are not working correctly , only one window is open most of the time while 10 people are waiting on the line :(

I don't know if they're just short staffed or what but this bank is closed during the hours they claim to be open at least 50% of the time. It's incredibly frustrating.

I came more than an hour before closing to open an account for my younger brother. There were two available bankers however I was told nobody could help me because it would take too long? I have three bank accounts with Chase and they're all quick to charge whatever fees and penalties but not so eager to help their patrons.

my experience absolutely suckedafter watching all the adds about "a new way to bank" and the actors that just walk in and are attended to right away, i experience the opposite. i wished to simply add my wife to an account that should only take 5 minutes but Chase tells me i don't need an appointment and just walk but will need my wife there as well. So i quit work early enough to race home to get her and back track for miles to the nearest Chase bank before 5:00. Only to be told that i need an appointment!!!!!and the teller was rude as she works half the hours of the rest of us and still complained about COVID as the excuse for everythingthen every other branch i called did not have 5 minutes for me - i am taking all my money out of Chase today

Made at appointment at 10:30 for something regarding my account. We arrived 5 minutes early and had to wait in the teller line for 15 minutes to let someone know we arrived for our appointment. The person that our appointment with was busy and no one else was able to assist us. Horrible check in process, there's no point in even making an appointment. Will not be back.

I'm so sick and tired of this Chase branch being closed when they are supposed to be open to serve the consumer.No More!I will be closing my personal account and in a week I will then transfer my business account to a more professional Bank.

So I go to the bank often and seems like 3 times a week. For the past 4 months I go to do banking and the bank is closed in the middle of day. So I have to drive over to the town over and There is a long line with no ATMS inside this location. Yesterday I went to a credit union and opened a new personal account and a business account.
