Huge Thank you to Hazael for helping replace my battery. Leaving you a 10 ? review for the extra work required just to get to my battery to replace it for me. Great customer service, which I appreciate in this day & age where most businesses don't prioritize that anymore. Thank you for standing out as a business that helps it's customers.

The person that assisted me today was a young man name Hazael. I what's a little bit stressed until he assisted me. His joyous behavior and helped, relieved me greatly. As a result now I can go home knowing that my car is in better shape.

Today June 5th 2024 I went to AutoZone at 1080 E Main St in El Cajon. I needed some replacement light bulbs for my license plate. I was pleasantly greeted by employee Veronica Mendez. She looked up what I needed went and got the item for me. She explained, to make sure the bulbs matched the old ones before opening the package so if they didn't match I could exchange them. That may sound simple to most but, I was going to attempt this myself and I am not a mechanic, I am 65 and have never worked on cars so, this was helpful. I went home watched a video and went to work. Everything was going fine until the very last part. The very last bulb went into the contraption but would not go back where it came out of. I tried for almost a half of an hour. I went back to AutoZone. Veronica was still there. She remembered me and asked what was wrong. I told her. She went right out to look at it. In just a couple of seconds she had it in. I was so grateful. I wanted to give her a shout out. She is the only female employee there but, don't let that deter you. If you need any help when you go there she is one to go to. Veronica you are the Best. AutoZone congratulations for hiring the best and Veronica is a very valuable employee. I will be back and will recommend AutoZone

I did like this place until Veronica answered my phone call and was very rude and could not answer my questions I had about a warranty on a part. She should be retrained in customer service . I would have never of treated a customer like that .

Hazel the manger saved my life was going to drive two hours without headlights he let me know it wasn’t the bulbs instead the wiring and wired everything up for me in 10 mins in the parking lot. This guy needs a raise.
