Allen does it again!! He was super helpful adding a line to my service with a number transferring from T-mobile. It seems any task is difficult dealing with phone carriers but Allen was so helpful patient and professional in getting the task done. A few months back I was having a difficult time with my account, I was in the store multiple times for 30-60 min each time. I would encounter a road block and have to come back. Finally I was told there was nothing else they could do, I was told this by management. Honestly I don't think the manager even looked at the issue because when I asked to see him I was told he was on a break. As I was leaving I saw Allen whom helped me before, I explained my situation and he was able to help me. Allen has amazing problem solving skills! Some of his coworkers could learn from him!!

I give this store two store vice 1 star only because they adequately assisted me with my other issues during my visit. The part of my visit that warrants the low review, however, is I went in for other issues on the day they released the new Internet Air. When I asked about the $35/month promotion, I specifically asked if it was for existing customers as well or only new customers since I know that is a common business practice to solicit new customers. I was assured that it was for existing customers as well so I said I would like details since my current internet through AT&T is inadequate due to the infrastructure in my area.It is definitely faster internet than before, but either I was lied to about the promotion or the store manager/supervisor did not properly train their employees on the promotion requirements. The promotion applies to customers that have mobile phone service and NO previous internet service through AT&T only. NOT customers switching internet plans.I was of course only told this when I called customer service to ask for my bill to be corrected. It took two levels of supervisors and over an hour on the phone for them to apply the discount to my account. Whether the employees were just ignorant of the requirements or whether they intentionally misled me for a commission, I do not know. Make sure if you are signing up for anything through this store that you explicitly read the promotion and eligibility requirements for yourself vice taking them at their word.That's to be expected from a multi-billion dollar company that underpays their employees though, I suppose. At least the customer service supervisor still gave me a matching discount to make up for the mistake.

Mike helped me to get a new phone and was very helpful and patient. The next day Rich helped me to set up and learn about my new phone and was also very accommodating and funny! I had a great time and a great experience ?

Please do yourself a favor and do not go with AT&T. I switched over from T-Mobile to AT&T because they said they would give me a good price on a good promotion. Later, they said that this promotion would not work and now I’m paying extra. Please don’t get into their scam. Go with a different company

The nicest young LADY Iessa ❤️ helped me with a new phone. She was kind and caring. I was having a horrible day and Verizon next door was of no help. Guess they smoke to much? Anyway. Give this young lady a promotion and give her several stores to run. I bet you she could do it ? ?. Thank ? you Iessa you rock! I hope I spelled your name right?

I came in here and Joe helped me getting set up on a new phone. I decided I didn't like the phone and Joe spent just as much unselfish time helping me reverse the process going back to my old phone, when he could of probably made a few sales. My hats off to the staff at 2883 Jamacha. I will go here from now on.

Directv provides excellent service with the satellite Dish. But the new technology of wireless lacks the capacity of providing the quality of HD or 4K. Although I had a great quality of internet 1g to be exact the wireless lack the image of HD or 4k
