I can't get anyone on the phone. They called me regarding a prescription, but I couldn't answer because I was working at the time. I called them back in the afternoon and was on hold for about 30 mins. I decided to call them again later around 7 pm, still waiting for 30 mins. I still can get anyone.

DONT LEAVE YOUR BIKE AT THEIR DESIGNATED RACK, mine got stolen around Dec 16th and Walgreens was useless. They have a camera over the rack but it's not aimed at it it's aimed at the empty side of the store, police couldn't use any footage.I asked if they could at least move the camera to catch any future thieves and they said they can't they would have to go to corporate for that??They said sorry but it was the kind of sorry you say to customers if you don't have the item they're looking for. I had that bike for 8 years and was my only way of getting around :(

I always go here. Spent 60 today instead of amazon....I don't like going here anymore. lately older lady with her hair pulled up beige blonde color at front store register. So mean to everyone she makes me uncomfortable. Don't want to go back here at all. Il go to aid or cvs instead or other walgreens.They need to hire a younger happier person for the cash register people are spending their hard-earned money in this economy.So freaking awful to be treated this way, plus she also yelled across the store at some guy someone during my check out at the register. She kept looking at my purchase coughing on my things, it bothered me that she was yelling at some poor guy coming and looking for an umbrella he didn't look like he was homeless or anything she was yelling at him about carrying a bag into the store wow hes not a theif but she sure made him feel like it, sad look on his face, was mean and she was rude to me during check out her small talk is mean. No smile just harsh, if she's going to be that Rude yelling at a guy entering store I bet he wont come back I wouldn't! why doesnt she yell at everybody for having a purse, he just looked drenched it's raining really hard out ! I don't understand how somebody could be so mean she is not nice at all. I don't understand this lady !please! hire somebody who is nice and happy to have that job maybe put this lady in the back where she can put products on the shelf bcuz she's not nice to people she has no customer service skills, at least she needs to have some humankindnessMy heart broke for him and her rudeness to me was so awkward ?

The Labcorp in this location is great. In and out quickly and very smooth. The pharmacy was a little rough, I think they were training new people. Only complaint is that the cranky woman at the front register should find a job not working with the public. She was rude to me and 2 other customers in the short time I was there - and nobody said anything bad to her. I'd hate to see how she'd respond to a rude customer.

Nothing changes here. The line is always long. The service is slow. They have only 1-2 persons working. The drive through is long too. "You come in here sick and you go out mad. " may be that should be the Walgreens tagline. I am on the 40th minute with 3 people ahead of me.

They keep making mistakes about my insurance for Medication coverage. I even called the insurance and being told it's approved and the pharmacy can put the overwrite code they provided and it will go through. But still, each refill it's a battle! It Always has a long wait time, Waiting in line 30 mins or more for just a pick up is NORMAL here. Of course if you go in like 10 am or 2 pm there is no line, but anywhere near peak hour the line gets long really fast. One time waited an hour in the store for pickup. The young Asian lady who is one of pharmacist in this location, seriously needs customer service training, never had a pleasant experience with her nor see her being nice and patient to anyone, even heard her yelling over the phone to a customer once. Offered free DoorDash delivery for a while, which was nice, then switched to FedEX, now takes 2-3 days to deliver for the same city! It's time to switch!

whenever i need something late at night or need something in the middle of the day this would be the best place, i live right next to this walgreens and ive been going there since i was a baby and all staff knows me kinda i go here everyday and its the best and i can always have options. its also cheap so if i need makeup cause i just ran out then i go there! LOVE U WALGREENS

This place is just ridiculous. Each time im here i go home frustrated and mad.. they take for ever to get ur medication ready .. if you here it's because you need the medication and it's always ready the next day.

Terrible location. Understaffed to a ridiculous level, and the ones that are there are moving in slow motion. Seriously they move so slow deliberately. Some kind of protest? Beyond awful. Avoid.

11/29/23 @ 609 pm . Not very happy with the service long line for 40 minutes. Walgreens corporate office should really step in and either close this pharmacy or assess the current staffing. This pharmacy is a joke. I've taken the same meds for three years. My doctor sends the refills and without fail, I have to call EVERY MONTH because they can't seem to fill them without me calling. Half the time, the medication is out of stock but shows as "we are running late" so I have to call again and ask if it's OOS or actually being filled. I just called and they told me they "don't know if it's OOS yet". I guess I have to "wait and find out". Honestly, this place is the worst. I don't know why I've continued to subject myself to this pharmacy, but I'm done.

I don't understand the lack of respect for customer's time. We made an appointment for a vaccination at 4:30 and we don't get to see the pharmacist until 5:15. What is the point of asking people to schedule an appointment if you don't adhere to it. We were told they were using the "patient room" for a meeting. Then after the meeting is over we are finally checked in. But then we see the pharmacist take care of other prescriptions. This is a vaccination appointment! We should have gone somewhere else.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have been to. Bad experiences every times I come here. The pharmacist answered the phone and said they would have the prescription filled by 8:30pm. My wife asked what time they closed and he said at 9 so to be there on time. We rushed to get there at 8:15 only to be told they won't start filling it until tomorrow. We explained the information that was told to us and he just said to either pick a 24 hour pharmacy or wait until tomorrow and handed the drive thru phone to the another employee. Walgreens should pay to have this pharmacist go back to school to see if he comes back more educated. Now we have to drive to the Walgreens in riverside, where the service has been night and day!

I managed to show up to the drive thru pharmacy at 1:28pm just before their 1:30pm lunch time and the sign said open. They answered the buzzer at 1:28 and said they were closed to which I advised them it wasn't 1:30 yet and I just needed to pick up a prescription. The female on the other side said they were closed and I again told them I had arrived prior to the listed lunch time. Her response was to grab the open sign and switch it to closed and say they were on lunch. I advised her that she was a class act for that and she just said that it was lunch time. I again reminded her that I had arrived before lunch and it was still only 1:29pm. Suddenly a male voice came on and tried to help me (ultimately there was a problem with the insurance). Unable to get the prescription I began to drive away and the female voice came back on "have a nice daaayyyyy!" Not a good way to run a pharmacy at all.
