I have been taking my son to Tutor Time for three months and he completely loves it. Everyone is so nice and the teachers as well. My son has Mrs. Arboleda and he learned so much. Before my son didn't socialize as much and his learning skills were lower. But once he attended this school, they taught him more academically. I saw a huge improvement in my son. They truly care for the children and want the best for them. As a parent, I would recommend this place for your kids.

My son has attended here twice, once when he was 2 and again from 4-5. We loved the pictures that were posted to keep us updated throughout the days while we were at work and gave us peace of mind that he was enjoying himself and learning. We loved all of our time here and are sad to leave but hope to come back for summer sessions. Ms Natalie and Ms Emily are amazing and my son loved having them as his teachers. Ms Claudia has been terrific in assisting with any concerns or questions we may have had throughout the years.

I am so happy that I chose this daycare for my children. My daughter is 2 and in the 2 year old class and my son is 4 in the TK class. Both classrooms are always clean and adorable. They have an app where the teachers send messages with pictures and videos. They even send messages when her diaper is changed. In the app I can watch the cameras to see what my babies are doing. I watch them dance and play. I watch my son learn his sight words. It doesn’t have sound but the teachers send videos so I can listen to what they are dancing to or what they are learning. It’s so refreshing to come to my child’s daycare and be greeted by all of the staff. Everyone there is so happy. Anytime I have a question they always find the answer for me. I feel secure knowing my children are safe and at a happy loving place.

I highly do not recommend this daycare if your child can not talk yet. My son has indured so much in the little time he has been here. I had to bring up many of my concerns with the Director Claudia & the Assistant Director Jocelyn & some staff. & all they did was move my son classes since he wasn't being watched & a child was repeatedly bullying him right in front of the teachers noses! Mind you they have camera's here so the staff knows they are being watched & still being careless towards the children! My son has been bite, bullied scratched etc. & is only 2! This has happened multiple times in the short amount of time he has been attending here so that just goes to show what kind of "People" they hire obviously just anyone if you ask me. & since when is asking a teacher for her credentials a problem? I was told I disrespected the staff by asking that & then some. I'm sorry but any parent isn't going to tolerate their child being treated any type of way especially if we're the ones putting $ in their pockets. They talk a good talk when they do the tour with you & that's one of the reasons why I was chose to have my son in there care but as of right now I feel I made the wrong decision & glad he will no longer be attending here.

Absolute horrible customer service. Twice now this particular location has given false information claiming they have space and availability, forced an appointment and tour only for me to take the time out to show up and be told "sorry we don't have space". How do you call someone the day before to confirm and not tell them then? Don't waste your time with these incompetent people. So thankful this happened because I would never trust these type of individuals watching my child.

As a first time parent seeking childcare, I valued parent reviews throughout my search so I felt it was important to share my experience with Tutor Time of Eastvale.The first day our then 3-month old was enrolled, my husband and I observed a few things we were not comfortable with, including our son being left crying for 5-10 minutes at a time while staff seemed to have no sense of urgency to attend to him. He was also left slouched in a boppy for long periods of time. He was observed to spit up in this position numerous times which may have been the result of not sitting up properly. He was also left unattended on one side of the room while staff and other children were on the opposite side. I understand that there are numerous children in the infant room, however, our son is just shy of 4 months old and was the only child who was not mobile or independent to any degree. Because of his age, he requires more attention and should have been more of a priority. We were upset to see that the behaviors mentioned above happened numerous times throughout the day. We feel staff were neglectful and should have been more comforting and responsive. We decided to pull him that day, as we did not feel comfortable with staff caring for our son.I would not recommend this child care facility to anyone seeking care.

Ms. Emily and Ms. Natalie have been absolute rock stars for both my kids pre-k classes! They are the best of the best! Tutor time really set the bar high, not only for the kids experience, but us parents too. The director, Ms Claudia is also just as amazing!

My sons been in this day care since November and Claudia and the staff has been so kind to my baby of course like any toddler it is hard to adjust but i was amazed on how little it took for Sebastian to adjust and love it aswell no complains about this day care at all ! They take care if all the kids like if it was their kids and thats the thing i love as a first time mom again it was hard to leave him and now i can blindly say he is in great hands

Below average in compassion, All any parent can ask is for proper consideration and Communication When their child is Injured. I didn't Want to Remove my Toddler because she loved the Activities, however When a child Chips their tooth down to the root( tooth turned Grey a week after because of Nerve Damage) this becomes more than a Safety Concern. To make it Worst Received lots of Excuses and No Accountability for How the Situation was Handled.

Worst customer service. Very unprofessional. I waited for months for an update for childcare and they still, to this day, have never given me an update. It's more upsetting because they gave me a time range when they would update me with details, but never did.

TUTOR TIME HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING WITH MY KIDS GROWTH. TEACHERS ARE VERY HELPFUL , LOVING , CARING AND THOUGHFUL. ALWAYS AN ACTIVITY GOING ON FOR THE KIDS.

Love this daycare! My girls have been coming here since 2019. We have created special bonds with all the teachers and the staff is so welcoming. They're always doing fun activities for the kids. THEY ALSO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION! this is so big for me, as I work until 4:30pm and it's hard to get my kids after school. Not many daycare facilities offer transportation. THANK YOU SO MUCH TUTOR TIME

This is a perfect place for my daughter. We send her to here since she was one. Teachers are very nice, helpful and friendly, always let you know what's going on with your children. My daughter loves every teacher she met. She loves to learn singing, dancing, drawing and writing. She likes playing with her friends and doing morning exercises together. They offer snacks and lunch for children, also diapers for babies and toddlers. Honestly, that's making much easier for parents. It's tough for parents and daycare schools since pandemic, but tutor time eastvale doing a great job to let parents feel comfortable to let our children grow up there. Just wanna say THANK YOU to all teachers and staff!!!
