“After having MULTIPLE problems and hassles over many years with both CVS and Walgreens, I decided to give Clover Pharmacy a try. It's a few blocks from my house so that's a big plus!First of all, I'd much rather give a Mom&Pop pharmacy my business. And I could not have been more pleased and surprised on what a wonderful pharmacy Clover is.They are the worlds nicest people, super knowledgeable, and such efficient service! They have my refills ready and waiting before I even realize I need them! Do yourself a favor and make this little gem your new pharmacy!!”

“I needed a prescription fast. I called and spoke with Sophia who was incredible and was able to gather my prescription very quickly. I was already impressed with her willingness to help. When I arrived to pick it up, Natalia rang me up. She then surprised me with an item in my prescription that Sophia had said was out due to a nationwide shortage, but she said she would look hard and try to find me a box. When Natalia handed me that hard to get and highly in demand medication I was shocked and thoroughly impressed. They both worked hard to make sure I got what I needed with little time to spare. I am grateful and will continue to turn to this wonderful team for my meds.”

“Love this pharmacy! Picking up meds can be such a chore (especially when dealing with insurance, having to battle for parking, dealing with symptoms, etc.) The techs + pharmacists at the RWC Costco are so helpful and have gone above and beyond for me more than once. Special shoutout to Chris - he is so friendly, helpful, and always lifts my spirits!”

“I like going to RIRE AID at Alvarado Niles close to Seafood City by Bank of America. Their store is clean and well stocked in papaer products. My prescriptions are ready most of the times and they call to say that I could come to pick up after so and so date and time. I find my Rx waiting for me. Easy.”

“They're great. Can get prescriptions filled in the same building. Street parking in front makes it easy to get in and out relatively quick. Most important--we love Dr. Rudy Lopez--he's the best!”

“My family is getting medications to Jade pharmacy. The pharmacy provides great customer service. It informs about prescriptions in a timely fashion and medical advice when reqd. Pharmacy can place orders and give good suggestions about the drug. My father never received supplements in the previous pharmacy. I didn't have any troubles at Jade pharmacy. My only suggestion: to open during weekend or stay open till 8 pm on some week days.”

“It seems odd to post a review of a facility providing hospice care, but at the same time - what could be more important than caring for the dying? I had to confront my image of VA hospitals based on what I have seen in TV and movies. Our experience was anything but that. The care of the hospice team was just humbling. My dad was checked-in with a cancer diagnosis that was clearly going to end his life. That is a scary proposition for patients and family. His end of life care was the most dignified and comfortable outcome we could have wished for. There are no words for the gratitude I have for the VA Hospice Team. As one doctor said, "There are lots of ways our government has not taken great care of our service men and women, but THIS they got right." Amen. Amen.”

“I love the vitamins, makeup and people who work here. They have both a traditional pharmacy and alternative medicine practitioners. Joanna in particular knows a lot about vitamins. I have even called with questions about vitamins and she was able to help me figure out which ones weren't right for me! Overall great experience every time i come here.”

“I switched to Safeway's pharmacy a year ago. It is very convenient to pick up my meds from the same place I always shop at. I feel so lucky because I rarely stand in a long line. But the most important above all, the pharmacists and technicians are truly helpful and professional. I wish I could name them here. The last visit they helped me work compounded medicine and I was astonished how Safeway made the medicine quickly in San Jose and delivered it to me. Thank you all Safeway Pharmacy”

“It's kind of difficult to find, but once I was there, customer service was on point and the line wasn't long at all. I also found a secret entrance on Veterans blvd that got me right where I needed to be without walking all the way around the building! Score!”

“Liam goes above and beyond. He sacrificed part of his lunch break to make sure that my insurance was in order so that I wasn't overpaying for my prescription. We will keep coming back to this pharmacy as long as Liam is working there.”

“It's the closest Safeway to my house so it means a lot to me that it's a great store. What I like: *FRIENDLY: I seem to come across the friendliness folks here and also at in the Scott's Valley location. *CARTS & BASKETS: Always available, unlike the El Camino store, which will run out while using tons in the store to stock sales. *HELPFUL: When I can't find something, they help me every time, with a smile. This applies to every department I've frequented. *CLEAN: During Covid, this store constantly cleaned their carts. Not all stores did. Honestly, I don't care that stores didn't do this since places had wipes available but, choosing to do it is a sign of a store that really cares. Lucky is slightly closer, but not as easily maneuverable and over all are not as strong on the positives as this store, so I come here. POINT OF VIEW: Someone commented on outdated milk and how outrageous it was to find it and on behalf of all stores, I'm going to disagree. While any store needs to do their best to rotate product, the reality is that stores can have 15,000 to 60,000 individual products/variations (I googled it) so it's completely unrealistic to expect an occasional oversight! This is why I'd never put something in my cart with a short expiration date without first checking myself, because it's important to me. If I was in a hurry and discovered an issue later, I'd simply return it with no criticism. This would ONLY be a concern if this were a constant experience in a given store.”

“The employees here are so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I'm just sorry it took me so long to find this gem. They bill insurance, give vaccines, are on top of COVID info and newest vaccines (and honestly, such a gentle poke I couldn't feel it!) I don't believe they are affiliated with the huge chain pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS, which is a good thing.”

“This location is really not a FedEx store so much as it is really just a department of the Walgreens store under which it is located. It doesn't really have a dedicated FedEx staff as near as I can tell in the only issue with that is that the photo department store people at the Walgreens have to seem to double as FedEx shippers. It is convenient though so not to take too much away from them, just don't expect full FedEx service at this location.”

“I usually go here for the pharmacy, which is better than average. The pharmacists are more intelligent and friendly than the Safeway I used before. The hours aren't amazing, so if there's an emergency need for medication, you'll have to go elsewhere.Overall, the store is clean and the staff polite.”

“Kevin is the best pharmacy technician at this location. He's a very compassionate person who helps people to lower their medication bills by spending his quality time checking insurance co payment options. He is a very hardworking person.”

“***FYI - this is not a retail pharmacy like a Walgreens or CVS.PharMerica is a national leader in pharmacy services, serving our partners in over 3,100 long-term care, senior living, IDD/behavioral health, home infusion, specialty pharmacy, and hospital management programs.”

“A wide-spanning variety of Latin medicines, apothecary, herbs, vitamins, luxury cosmetic tomfoolery, magic candles, and oils. Many unique and otherwise unavailable remedies to try and learn about. Well organized aisles of both herbal and western drugs available. Especially appealing are the lotions and pain liniments such as those with rattlesnake, myrtle oil, and turpentine-based lotions. Lots of vitamins from many countries, including Mexico and Germany. Helpful, informed, and courteous staff. There's a kind of doctor's office in the back. This is seemingly for those of us without insurance and especially catering to Spanish-speaking individuals.”

“Ran out of formula as we are from out of state, here for heart surgery at Lucile Packard. Within hours the incredible person I worked with (so sorry I’ve forgotten her name) helped me get formula and was just so friendly and helpful! Called me several times and was just on top of it the whole time. Definitely 5 stars!!! Thanks so much!!!”

“Better selection / fewer out of stock items than Safeway - especially milk! Less hectic parking and store = better ambiance / shopping experience! Easter steak & potatoes from the deli were better than Town (popular steakhouse)! The lady preparing these really went above and beyond!”
