They don't answer the phone! After 9 minutes on hold, I hung up! I called to transfer my prescription because the CVS in Menlo Park is closed because they are flooded. So I can't pick up my prescription which is supposed to be there. I figured it will be faster to drive to other locations. I think I will transfer my prescription to the CVS on University Avenue!

I visited for the 2022 flu vaccine.It was easy to book my appointment online, simple check-in when I arrived at the store, and it was only a brief wait for my shot. Friendly team behind the counter.

I LOVE this CVS located in Target! The employees have always been so helpful and go above and beyond to help their customers. I go out of my way to have my prescriptions filled here because of how amazing they are! They really truly care about their customers.

The staff is great. The pharmacist always answers my questions.I started a medication for the first time and my doctor gave me double the dose but the pharmacist caught it and called me to let me know she didn’t think it was right. She called my doctor and had it fixed. I really appreciate that.

This pharmacy had been doing a great job refilling my mom's prescriptions but this month they somehow forgot to order the medication she uses to sleep and it's been several days late. The communication from the Pharmacy hasn't been good at all, their automated phone system said it would be available at "8:55 PM," - WTF? I notice the woman who worked there when I began using this pharmacy is no longer there, and that's probably why standards have declined.
