The sales rep measured my feet, asked relevant questions for selecting shoes, brought a variety of options to try, and discussed pros and cons with me. I tend to explore things thoroughly, and the sales person stuck with me and stayed helpful. I bought a pair of walking shoes that have been very comfortable and have taken better care of my feet than previous shoes. I spent more than I'm used to, but it was worth it.”
“Had an amazing experience at this store. It is my birthday week and my brother and dad decided to pitch in for a gift. I decided on red wings since my brother has a pair of iron rangers. Me and my brother both went to the store together and Walter was the one who helped me buy my first pair. He was very informative helpful friendly and patient. We looked at various boots and he explained the pros and cons suggested proper sizing and overall knew everything there is needed to get a great pair of boots. I am so happy with my moc toes and i am grateful that Walter was the one who sold them to me. He even threw in a pair of red wing socks as it is tradition in the store. “I bought already like 5-6 boots from this place to ATL. I get asked all the time where do I get my boots. The quality is 10/10 and their customer service is great too. I personally message them through instagram and usually you gotta wait on a manager. For example I had a boot and it had a small defect. They took back the boots and got a new pair. Just try your shoes on carpet”

“This is the type of place where you never know what you're going to get, so give yourself plenty of time to explore and try things on. It's a small place, but it really packs in a lot of clothes, accessories, etc. When I went I easily found parking across the street from the church, it's a small space next to the church and parking lot for what I believe is a public library. There was a clothing rack outside, but the door is usually locked even during business hours, unfortunately because theft has been an issue. The woman who I assumed owned the business was very friendly and helpful. There is a rack that is covered with cloth, she explained this is a special rack where the clothes are very delicate, so she has to size people before they try clothes from this rack on because they can break easily. I've never had somebody size me before trying on their clothes, but it didn't offend me and I get it. Vintage clothing sizes are literally all over the place and for a small business I imagine expenses can easily add up if people are accidentally ruining your most expensive and delicate pieces.”

“Today I purchased a pair of ASICS running athletic shoes at Exclusive-DNA. While walking my dog, I made sure we passed by the store. Ignacio, the store attendant, greeted me and let me know my dog was welcomed to enter. Ignacio was extremely helpful and I found the perfect pair of quality shoes. The price was the same as the offered sale price on the ASIC'S website and I did not have to wait for delivery. The exceptional customer service and overall satisfaction with the product will likely make me a repeat customer. I also saw plentiful selections of Australian Chelsea booties and Berkenstock sandals. I think it is important to support our local small businesses.”

“I can't remember the last time I experienced this type of customer service from a value perspective. I feel like the sales rep was almost reading my mind! I was looking to purchase some Navy Sk8-Hi vans to replace my old ones. While I was trying them on, he was giving me great tips on how to maximize their use. (He recommended stretchy laces to put them on quicker - among other advice) I could tell he cared more about helping the customer than his own bottom-line. So I had to give Sage a shout out”

Cassandra and Jessica were so helpful and patient with my Grandma (who is a historically a difficult customer to please). “I'm a beginning dancer who has tried to buy dancing shoes on Amazon. While Amazon shoes are cheaper ($30 versus the $108 that I spent), the sizing is off. My non-dancing shoe size is 5, and I just found out that my dancing shoe size is 4.5!!! I wouldn't have known that had I not come here. I came in around 9:30 am on a Friday and stayed for an hour trying on different pairs of shoes. Anne was very very helpful and patient! I literally did not know what I wanted or what to look for because these are my first pair of dancing shoes and I just started learning salsa again post-quarantine, so I was overwhelmed with all the styles and choices! Anne suggested a narrower open toe design to keep my feet from slipping out of the shoe, and we determined 2.5 and a satin shoe was more ~fitting~ (ba-dum-tss) for me. So...I walked out with completely different shoes than I envisioned but they were more comfortable, fit well, and were still cute! I have a salsa night tonight, so I'm excited to try! I will report back on the quality of the shoes after a few nights out dancing!”
