This UPS Store has provided excellent customer service over several years. During my most recent visit, I was helped by Meghan - she was professional, efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location!

My store takes care of all my needs quickly and with a friendly and professional attitude. I needed help with shipping documents, and the staff gave me everything I need to make it super easy. I also appreciate their shredding service. In the past I’ve used them for notarizing, passport services. I also keep my business mailbox with them. I’ve been with them for several years. When I moved away shortly, I was sad to go — but ultimately was thrilled when I moved back and could return to my local Dublin store.

Unbelievable kindness! I am driving approximately 18-20 minutes to go UPS Fallon Dublin Store instead of going 3 minutes to Pleasanton UPS stores. What kind of elegance, helpfulness, thoughtfulness you get in that store. It is like a high scale boutique, you don’t feel you as a box! I had never seen any state before??????Kindness matter!

I come here for passport pics, sending important docs, packages, returning Amazon orders… the staff is great and everyone is awesome. Don’t know why there aren’t more 5 stars!

They made applying for a passport quick and easy. I came prepared with my filled out application, old passport, and payment check.
They took my photo, printed it, let me staple it to my application, sold me an envelope, and mailed it off for me in less than 15 minutes.
My only feedback is to let the customer choose the shipping service and speed. I appreciate that they preselected priority mail as my option for this service, as the mailed documents are important. I was just surprised to go straight to the payment for services prior to being asked what mailing service I wanted to use.
