“Just call them.They ran a bit behind in the morning. Having had a recent horror of an experience with days late delivery, I was worried and on edge. But they arrived and began immediately! They loaded my contents from a rented container at a company's site. They unloaded my belongings into my new, smaller space. They took extras to my local storage facility for me. They cleaned up after themselves. OnTrack moving did what the said they would from administrative side of the house that needed no reminders and less than a single hour to complete paperwork, to labor logistics who unwrapped and reassembled furniture and they were courteous while they did it. In short, OnTrack made a promise that they kept, which is ultimately what you need anyone moving your things to do.I recommend them. Thank you OnTrack!”

Miguel and Robert were very fastidious and neat in bringing my things into the house and setting everything up.They too extra care to lay down rubber mats onto my hardwood floor to mitigate any damage! “This review is long overdue, moved in February using VIP. Everyone I encountered and interacted with at VIP was a true professional. I spoke with Khalila first, who gathered some details about my move and set me up with an over the phone video survey with Jesse, the sales agent. She was also my move coordinator and checked in with me throughout the process, and even after the move. Her upbeat, super helpful and friendly personality really helped with one of the most stressful times of my life.Jesse, who did the survey of my home and provided me with my quote was very meticulous and very well informed about the specifics of what would be required. He took his time to make sure all expectations were understood. The quote was realistic and the time frames required for assembly/reassembly of certain equipment, number of movers and materials needed was clearly explained. He was easily reachable over the phone and via text and email for questions. The guys that came to do the actual dirty work - packing all of my belongings, loading them, transporting them and unpacking, were also great. I spent a lot of time chatting with the driver Carlos, who was also one of the packers. He had a friendly and engaging personality. The guys were very careful with everything and not a single thing arrived broken. By the way VIP, you do not pay these guys enough, pay them more!!It's also important to note that unlike a lot of other movers who are small operations (and also may not be bonded and insured), VIP has the trucks and manpower to be able to schedule several people for a job even with short lead times. I contacted them mid month for an end of the month local move; I needed everything done in one day (packing, loading, transporting, unpacking) and they were able to send 5 guys to make it happen.I did end up having to make a claim for some missing items which were inadvertently left behind in my previous residence. I worked with Mindy on the claim and she was absolutely great as well. All in all, VIP's customer service was exceptional, the move was well coordinated and I am glad I picked them.”

“Victor, Tang and Zhu were amazing. After 2 other moving companies showed up and walked away, Golden Eagle showed up and did the job. It was hard work and a 9 hour day, and I never saw Tang Zhu sit down (except for the drive ) and they just kept moving. When the storage unit was too small, they just stacked things higher and made it work. Whenever there was a hiccup, victor answered his phone and responded to texts immediately. They estimated our home’s contents (though we ended up over), loaded our stuff into a 50 ft trailer, moved us interstate, and then unloaded. Deepak completely transformed my home (which I was selling) and turned my storage/in law unit into a beautiful bedroom. Due to his deep insight and great sense of staging we got quite a few offers. Second is his help in moving. He helps his clients with moving seamlessly. He kept my original furniture in one of his storage till the time I sold my home, went into my new home and completed my set up. “OVER THE TOP!!!!! I hired Magic Moving & Storage to move my parents from the Bay Area to Scottsdale, Arizona. The move was quite involved since my parents lived in their house for over 35 years. It was a long grueling experience to weed through things that they didn't need anymore. I hired this company to pack my parents belongings and store it for a few months and move it to Arizona. I will say empathetically, that I was blown away! They were neat, careful, organized, efficient, labeled all the boxes, were extremely patient with my parents and assisted in organizing everything. Which is exactly what I needed. The entire staff, office and movers, was a pleasure to work with, always answered my questions and were very helpful.
