“I recently went to this Target to return a storage container I no longer needed. It was so easy to do. I had my receipt and was asked if I wanted my credit to return to my card, which I did. The rep was helpful, there was no line (it was after 8pm, I think), and the friendly rep came out as I was at the counter. No wait and an easy return.”

“Ive been to many Targets before mostly the San Ramon and Walnut Creek target. This Target always seems not very busy which is a huge plus. There is a-lot of Inventory here and mostly full shelves. If I am in the area, this is my preferred Target. This location has a great selection of food items and skin care/hba items which is great. This location now has a Ulta Beauty by Target which for those who like Ulta is a plus. Many of the items and products at Ulta are here. Downside is that there are limited self checkouts and cashiers at this Target.”

“It was a good experience shopping in Marshalls.Clothes looked fresh here than in Ross. Prices are a bit higher than Ross but the collection is good.I went for our anniversary shopping and got good jackets for my husband which honestly I couldn't find anywhere.”

“the first thing you notice about the store is how fresh and clean everything seems when you first walk in. Many department stores especially during the holiday season have so many people come in and out it's probably hard to have to keep the place pretty clean. But this Target location does not have that problem. Everything is really cleaning when you first walk in the door you feel really comfortable about spending your hard earned money I love buying a baby gel that they have here at this location. I do not like to put adult jail in my baby's hair because my baby is only 2 years old. But the baby gel that they provide at this location is perfect for my daughter's texture so I'm glad I'm always able to find it at this location”

“Called with an issue that the store manager did nit deal with to my satifaction, sent an email to the District Manager Travis Russel who did not bother to respond, ended up calling corp office and got resolution...I purchased a toy (LED Dinosaur Robot) for my 9year Grandson while visiting Bessemer, AL, the child took the boxed toy home, he called me and said "Granny when i took the robot out of the box it was broke.. i heard the dissapointment in his voice..i told him ok, i'll take it back and get you another one..when i got around to it, i go to my local store 100 Oaks Mall and told they wont refund or exchange because it was ripped from the plastic piece tied to it as the theft deterrent.. i wasnt aware of it (1) because the child said it was broke when he took it out...I called his mom while at the counter and asked if she was present when he opened it she said yes, and confirmed that it was like that when he took it out the box, and i havr no reason to doubt either of them..my grandson is 9, and has sense enough to know that he would need scissors to cut the plastic, and if he had yanked it a loose he would have said Granny, I broke the robot can you buy me another one,.. The toy was $15, As much money that I spend up in Ross, for a mgr to tell me they cant refund nor exchange was not acceptable, thats the least he could have done to satisfy me as a regular customer..I believe the item had previously been returned after a kid yanked it out, they put it back in the box and returned it..this manager said it hadnt been returned it would have a different type of price tag on it...nowadays, who's to say that every returned item has been labeled the way that it should? However Corp heard me out and instructed me to return the item to the store... they did not have the same toy, but I did exchange it for another Robot...”
