We went to La-Z-Boy in Duarte to search for a new reclining sofa. Alex greeted us immediately, listened to our needs, and steered us right away to the perfect model. And lucky for us, the in stock fabric worked perfectly, so we will have our new sofa delivered next week. Alex was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as is everyone in the store there. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy Duarte.

My experience was great.The salesman, Ryan, was very patient and answered all of our questions. I was unsure of what furniture would fit in my condo. He suggested I use their free design service. He said the designer would come out and take exact measurements and then put the furniture I selected on the computer for me to come look at, and then I could make adjustments if needed on the layout. I had never done this before and it was fantastic. I am disabled, and Susan, the designer went way above and beyond in helping me. My own initial plan looked horrible, but we were able to move things around on the computer to the point it looked fantastic. She was also able to find me very nice pieces of furniture that were on clearance, making me very happy. I waited to write this until the furniture arrived, to make sure that what I saw on the computer was as good as in my condo. It was every bit as good!

I was really impressed with the service I received from Flavio. He answered all my questions. He would immediately double check the information if he wasn’t sure. And he gave me space when I wanted to discuss the furniture and fabric with my sisters. I appreciate that kind of service especially when I’m spending my hard earned money!

I took my mother-in-law in to pick a recliner. Gary was very kind a patient with us as she tried things out and deliberated on what she wanted. We ended up ordering a custom chair that same day and my mother in law in looking forward to receiving it in a few weeks.

When walking into the store I knew what I was looking for but didn't really know where to begin. Alex welcomed me to the store. After speaking for a few minutes he directed me to the in home design consultation. Susan came out took measurements and got to know my style. Later that week I went back in-store to go over what Susan had chosen for designs for my home. Couldn't be happier with my experience and purchase. Had great experience at LazyBoy. Ryan helped us select the perfect sleeper sofa. Susan put it all together for us on a computer program, adding an ottoman and matching carpet. Great team.

We had a really good experience buying our new sofas, we already knew what we wanted, so when I called, I spoke to Flavio and he made everything go smoothly..very knowledgeable about the products and their features, color options, etc and also about current specials and discounts...I came in and Flavio helped me set up the delivery...all went well and we love our new sofas...thank you!
