“This summer, I remember looking for a crossfit box that would check all of my boxes while I was home for summer break. I remember when I first stepped into Mutiny and met CJ, who observed my skills and told me exactly what weights to use to have the best workout. I instantly knew this was the place for me and I love that each coach is really focused on each athlete and their goals and technique. Mutiny definitely checked all of my boxes and more. I became a consistent member and can confidently say that CJ's coaching has had a tremendous impact on my performance and mentality as an athlete. She is dedicated to each athlete she coaches and is motivating, challenging, and inspiring. The group classes are awesome and you will find friendships in each class, as well as being able to bring a friend on the Saturday morning class. There is also 1-on-1 coaching available, which is super great especially when focusing on a particular skill. The entire staff and facility are awesome. Besides the great workouts, facility, and coaching, Mutiny has a great sense of community that just can't be beat. It is a truly positive environment and is extremely uplifting. Each time I am home visiting I am always eager to sign up for classes at Mutiny and am constantly looking forward to them. If you are looking for a gym that wants to see you thrive, to be a part of a community, and to have lots of fun while doing some pretty awesome WODs, Mutiny is THE PLACE for you!!!!”

“The pool is outdoors. There are *eight* lanes, and they ensure that lap swimmers have at least half a lane. (They give everyone a maximum of 45 minutes to swim. If you come when lanes are full, you have only to wait until others leave.) Most remarkable of all, if you're a senior, it's only a dollar a swim! :-)”
