If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. One of my phones stopped working out of no where had no service. Was on the phone with multiple people who were not help in resolving issue they advised we go to actual store location went and these arrogant little workers were so unwilling to help just because I did not take my physical ID even though they authorized verified me on the app they turned us away and were NO HELP. Extremely unprofessional and must useless store claiming to be a corporate location what a joke

omg tony is so rude. i went in to pay my bill instore and he said just try online even after i told him im having trouble. i love verizon but emplyees like that are just not it.

first off i get approve for phones over the phone go to store and "tony" says i have one person ahead of me. and cool then i wait 20 minutes. seen someone who went in after i did get help. ask tony whats sup he says that i have two people ahead of me. when just 20 mins ago i had one. now two. i never left store remind you. i ask him whata going on and he said that i could go buy a phone at bestbuy if i wanted too. i was going to open a family plan for my wife and two brother. totaly un professional from "tony". someone to talk to this guy. forsure took my business and got better service at tmobile. tony sucks now i feel verizon sucks. atleast the downey landing one does. fire that guy

I’m very satisfied with the customer experience I’ve received from this location. Specifically with Valente who was the one who helped me. He was professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to get what me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t know something the team there was able to help get the answer. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was deserved. Thanks Valente and team!

I walked into this location after being a customer of Verizon for two days, the reason for my visit to this location I purchased a new phone and switched carriers. As I walked in I was greeted and asked for my phone and told to have a seat someone would be with me shortly. I took a seat there were two gentleman having a conversation about a jacket one wanted to give the other, conversation lasted about two minutes. After the conversation one of the gentleman walked over to me and asked what brings you in today. The way the question was asked was as if he was just inquiring so that he could make sure the proper person helped me. That was the way I understood it anyway. Once I explain the problem, he immediately told me it wasn't a Verizon problem. It's an Apple problem I explained to him I had just purchased the phone and was told because it was brand new if there were any problems bring it back into the store within 30 days. so I did as I was explaining the Tony started talking over me. I said I'm not even done talking and I'm the customer. How are you talking over me. Then I said better yet can I just have someone else help me because you don't seem like you want to. he then stood next to me and would not walk away. I felt uncomfortable, so I got up and walked away. He follows me and tells me you can leave the store we will not be helping you. I said excuse me, what exactly did I do? I don't want you being rude to any of my employees you can leave, I'm so extremely confused and I stated this, then I said you know what what is the number to corporate he gave me the number and told me I could make the call from outside the store, I did so..... I wound up in Cerritos at the Apple Store to try and resolve my problem, whatever happened at Apple wiped my phone clean phone carrier and all. Against my better judgment I had to go back to Downey to have Verizon connect service. As I walk in two gentleman stood at the entrance one being Tony . I immediately direct all attention to the other gentleman and explain my problem. Tony laughed..... I asked to speak to another associate outside and explain he could very well be looking at some thing on his phone that humored him but it's making me feel like he's laughing at me because I have a problem can you ask him to leave this area the associate goes over to Tony and explained how I felt as a customer Tony never left the area and continue to laugh. Sales associate finished with my phone as I walked out Tony made cat calls at me. I walked back into the store and asked him. Was he serious .i called corporate they gave the number to district manger Jesus. I explained the situation to him he seemed to be sympathetic and apologetic for the experience and told me he would talk to Tony and give me a call the next day he did not call me the next day instead text me and told me that he talked to Tony and gave him good practice and told me that I could call him the next day in text. I we spoke on Wednesday at noon this happened Monday. I finally spoke again with the district manager about the situation on Wednesday after speaking with him I asked him what was the good practice that him and Tony came to an agreement on how to handle customers was what I was told, I was humiliated and disrespected, and asked why I was asked to leave the store he says it was because I was He felt I was being rude. I assume that happened when I asked for another associate to help me. I've been a Verizon customer for a total of five day and Tony manger and Jesus district manager have managed to make me fill like I've made the worst decision ever . This is not at all good practice and if this is what district fills is maybe they shouldn't have there position either. I understand this is one store not Verizon as a whole but the overall experience make me feel different about Verizon as a whole yelp made me leave a star is the only reason there is one

This company is the worst, always lying to customers in regarding the offer to get them in but once the first bills comes it’s a totally different story. The customers service is horrible! Trash!

Took my mom's phone in to get sim swap for a new phone, the guy helping out just looked at the phone and said oh it's block we can't do anything n gave it back. So I took it back home and tried my self, after a YOUTUBE video I made it work, thanks for nothing. They only care if your opening a new service or buying directly from them POOR customer service n management.

Mauro the long hair guy was an absolute a**hole to my mom. My mom has been a loyal Verizon customer for 19 years, and he dared to offend her when she came in to ask about her bill. They treat you like royalty when they're trying to sell you something, and treat you like an inconvenience afterwards.

This store is the WORST STORE TO GET A PHONE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I placed an order on SEPTEMBER 18th, They said it will take about 2-3 weeks, we said no problem, a month passed and no one call us to let us know anything about the phone, on OCTOBER 18th i went to the store and they told me the phone is on the way and should be here next week (apparently it was in back order but No one told us that) we WAITED ANOTHER 10 days, called today OCTOBER 30TH and they told me the ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? NO ONE CALL US TO SAY ANYTHING TO US??? AND THEY LIE ABOUT TELLING US "THE PHONE IS ON THE WAY! WHAT A BUNCH OF LIERS!!!!! THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING AND THE WORST PART THEY DON'T CARE!!! When i called today the guy just send me straight to customer service and didn't want to do a research or know WHY it was canceled!!!He just said I'm going to transfer you to customer service!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE!!

As soon as I walked in, I was helped immediately. I explained my problem and I was put on the list to have an associate help me. Veronica came over and she helped me with my issue and gave me some helpful tips on how to save money on my bill every month by enrolling in auto pay. The location was clean and the employees were all nice, friendly and helpful! I will come back to this location.

These people sold me a new iPhone 14 which happened to completely crash on its own (Never dropped it) exactly on the 30th day after purchase date. The screen did not respond no matter how many times I restart it. I came to this store to get a full refund on the same 30th day and these scammers refused to honor the 30 day refund Policy, even with insurance because they could not view the MPN number on the phone itself. Which is a problem they created. The MPN number is on their Verizon’s Servers that’s what they use to identify the phone when they first connect it but somehow they have no access to it. Their excuse was simply scammerish and unreasonable, they know these phones come with this major flaw but they refused to do anything about it besides cross their arms. This is a total scam, these people now are forcing me to keep the broken phone and keep paying the monthly plan for 2 years even though the phone is garbage and does not work. I can’t use the phone. But they give me a number to call for assistance? These people are clowns. It’s time to boycott Apple and Verizon, these clowns are working together to scam the entire population.
