“I would recommend having on hand "loan/burner" phones for customers who are out of a phone for more than 24 hours. It's reasonable and all you have to do is have a credit card on file. The staff was helpful, understanding, and diligent, but neither uBreakFix nor Verizon had a burner phone available for the period that I was without a phone.”

“The store itself smells horrible the minute you walk in of sewer (putrid). It is not pleasant at all. What is even worse is that many complaints have been made and they do not care to do anything about it. The store is nice and beautiful inside minus the horrible smell. We went to start service for my sons home (internet) and came out with a brand new iphone on top of new internet service. I too will switch over very soon to mobile service. We were greeted and serviced by Carlos from start to finish. HE IS OVER THE TOP AMAZING!!! No only is he kind and welcoming, but he is very knowledgeable! He is very thorough and goes over every detail and concern you may have, I cannot praise him enough. If you walk in, you will do yourself a huge service to ask for him.”
