Went in for a standard check engine light. They said it was fixed but as soon as I tried to start my car it wouldn’t start. They had to hold on to my car for another day to see what the issue was. The issue was that the battery was dying. I told them this but they ignored me and still decided to hold on to my car for a day. I came back the following day and the problem was fixed. I started my vehicle and tried to open my passenger side window. It didn’t work even though previously it worked. The front desk lady told me that they didn’t touch the window and they needed to keep it for another day to try to fix it. I declined and just went to another mechanic. WORSE MECHANIC IN DOWNEY
They also constantly try to sell you on other things that you don’t even need. They are in it for the money. SMH

Have been coming here for years. Had a nail in my tire and came to get it fixed. Mind you, all four tires on my car were bought from here and they were insured. Saul initially told us it would be a $20 fix. They come back and the guy took off our tire and says it needs to be completely replaced because of the nail placement on the tire. Which bumps it up to $180. He claims we had no insurance on our tires either. They used to sell used tires (which he says they don’t do that) and were more affordable but Saul was trying to upsell us a single $300 tire. Yet when we requested the cheapest one he looked annoyed and said “really.”
Going to look for a new mechanic, because this whole situation felt like he was trying to take advantage of us.
NOTE: a lot of positive reviews mention Mario. MARIO DOES NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE, neither does any of the team he worked with.

This place is great. A little slow but that's because they're thorough I used to take my cars to jiffy line but I'm completely converted over to this place. The price for services is even unmatched.

We went, they treated us very well, they gave us a good price, they helped us apply, the lady who helped us was very friendly, we just need to go to the service tomorrow, and I'll tell you later how it went.

Sometimes service takes longer then expected. Only 2 mechanics. No AC in waiting room.. no waters for customers waiting.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with Uhaul to date. Picked up the vehicle and noticed the gas was already empty. Proceeded to promptly pullover at a gas station and fuel up. As I started to pump gas into the vehicle I noticed gasoline was gushing out from underneath. Upon further inspection a hole had been drilled into the gas tank. Makes sense why the gas was empty when I picked it up at the Goodyear location!!! When I called the business who rented me the uhaul, they weren’t very concerned about the situation and advised me to drive the vehicle back to them!!! This was an incredibly unsafe situation and I was less than thrilled to have to lose 2 hours out of my day as a result of dealing with this situation. You should be ashamed of yourself as a company that you allow your products and vehicles to endanger your customers wellbeing due to negligence. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.EDIT: Yes I know it’s not a uhaul, but you rent Uhaul vehicles from your business. Those vehicles are your responsibility!!
