Easily the worst drive thru experience. Had to repeat my order 4x. The person paid no attention whatsoever. The food was cold. The only thing right was my drink and it was watered down. Avoid.

This place is super stingy how do you charge for condiments and I have a lot of food. One per person is crazy . The manager Ana is very rude. I don’t understand why it takes them so long to take the order knowing someone is waiting to order worst Jack in the box

Wow this was the worst jack in the boxive ever been to. No coke orange or DP in soda machine. Ordered the breakfast platter only good thing on there was the packaged syrup. Used the restroom it hadn't been mopped feces on the seat. Never been so disgusted and left hungry. Jack you should visit this location!!!!

Staff was overwhelmed, but still managed to get orders out. The restaurant was 7 out of 10 for cleanness. Atmosphere is a 4 due to some shady customers in the restaurant at the time.

Jack is not my favorite. I stopped for few beverages, but it's price are exaggerated if you compare to McDonald's.

This place is super dirty When I come to my doctors appointments, I stop by for a little something to eat but today was horrible. This one woman at the register didn’t even bother to acknowledge me as a customer after I said hi to her. The bathrooms are incredibly dirty with no toilet paper.

Desperately need more people working here. It took us 25 minutes at night with very few cars in front of us to order and get our food. The staff was nice and the food wasn’t bad but honestly the amount of time we waited was just unacceptable.Wouldn’t come back to this unless they hired more people.

I was there on Friday I watched the cook take old fries and recook them in the fryer. The last few times I have been ordering egg rolls and they taste old at first I thought it was me but now it was confirmed on Friday. I am thinking of calling the health department. This establishment does not deserve to make 20$ an hour.
