But they have no sense of urgency Every time I come at night or in the morning or even on the weekends they never have a sense of urgency too Clear the lines of people waiting to pay. It's so annoying when ur coming for one thing and have to wait in line for 10 mins. Not trying to sound like that guy , but if it's busy, you would think that the manager or shift supervisor would put their strongest people in front of the line to tackle the high traffic It's a great store. I'm not taking anything away from these people, but I came to the store for years and I just realized.... Im always waiting tooo damn long to leave this store”

“I have been coming to this store for over 10years. I thought I'd give them a review. It's is a family owed business you don't see many family owned businesses in our communities these days. The owners are very friendly, very nice and excellent customer service. They do have a strict policy on strollers. I totally understand them. They are trying to take care of their business especially in this economy (so don't take it personal moms). The store has a variety of items for very good prices. The owner is also very good at re-stocking or if he stops carrying an item you liked. He will go out of his way and go to the company where that product was purchased to get it for you.”
“Just recently visited and the young lady tonight at the self checkout was so friendly and polite. I appreciate her from rescuing me and my daughter from the long line to help at the self checkout. I never go to self checkout because they give me issues so I opted for the long line. She came up to me and my daughter and offered to help us use them. We got in and out so quick! My daughter is a 5 year old autistic child, so the long wait would have been a rough one. We appreciate all your help and making our experience a good one! Will be visiting again real soon!”
“I always shop here for my fresh fruits and vegetables. They have good quality produce. On, March 6, the cashier told me that the item I had was not on sale, so I asked to make an exchange on a sale item. The cashier very willing did it and she got out of her chair to take the item back and brought back the correct item. Kudos to this gal for going out of her way for the customer. This is the type of employees we need in our communities. Too bad I didn't get her name.”

“I totally know this neighborhood because of the club next-door. I've never been to the store tho . Doing school pick up and the kids get in the car starving. So I decided to pull over and grab a snack or two. You had me with the sign that says 3 free tacos if you buy more than $15. What an excellent idea. Such a great incentive to spend $15 .. Now I just wish that those tacos were made out of jackfruit and this would be my store.”

“Had to call out boxboy who was out collecting shopping carts, he was on his phone, one of his cart trains was partially blocking a woman's access to her vehicle, in handicap parking. I called kid over, told me, he wasn't on his phone. In all actuality, I got out of my vehicle, heard half his conversation. When I mentioned I heard him, he said he was checking the time. Not one of the regular employees I normally encounter at this Ralph's. Everyone else, they awesome. Did mention to store manager.”

“I come here all the time to get my groceries and just every day necessities!! When I tell you that (Daniel) was super attentive and nice I really appreciate him! my sister had dropped her debit card on the floor It was hard to get it was in a tight space and Daniel went above and beyond to try to get the card. He even went as far as going down on the dirty floor ! To try to get my sister's card it took a while, and he even moved a lot of things we did end up getting the card back. I really appreciate him taking his time others would've not done that ! So thank you so much for your hospitality Daniel !!!”

“I have shopped at this Ralphs location a few times. I stopped here not long ago vising a friend and it was ok. They have every isle organized. Produce ils is nice and i ordered some cooked food in the deli area. It taste alot better than some areas. NIce employees and good store. Always a pleasure to visit.”

“4 minutes left on my 30 min lunch. Forgot my card. Had just enough cash to buy 2 out of 4 items. Cashier called for manager to accept "VOID" ALL TRANSACTION...she's scanning the floor as ppl in blue vests pass by...and then....she got SMART!
