Went in to purchase a Nintendo Switch console for my daughter yesterday morning. I explicit asked the gentleman at the register I wanted to split my purchase between my debit card and my GameStop credit card and he never honored my request instead charging the whole purchase on my GameStop credit card.

Employee had no idea what they were doing. When I asked him to to make a partner transaction, he lied to me and made up a rule that they couldn’t do it just because he didn’t know how. Go to a different GameStop.
