Shopping for a car here blew away my experience at other dealerships. The car was ready and clean upon arrival, and everyone was friendly, patient, and honest. I am a first time car buyer and felt respected and was not taken advantage of. When I mentioned a stain on the interior of the car I was interested in, the team scrubbed it out immediately and made sure I was satisfied before going forward. They definitely set a high standard for how car-buying should be! I'd highly recommend shopping here, and big thank you to Brandon, Tony, and Tiffany!

Service department seams unorganized and a bit hostile to questions. I called first thing this morning and spoke with a young man and asked for an estimate to get my F-350 diesel engine oil and transmission serviced. I was told I would get my estimate via text message later today. Fast forward to 4:PM and no text message... I called the service department again this afternoon. I asked a young lady for an estimate for a FULL synthetic engine oil and transmission service. She told me they only use a synthetic blend. She also went on to say they won't be able to give me my estimate because they don't have F-350 VIN number and they don't stock Full synthetic oil... WHAT?

I just purchased a used Ford Transit and the team was great. The van was washed and full of gas when I got there. The negotiations were easy and I was out fairly quickly. Dave Ryan was knowledgable of the vehicle and super helpful through the process. Although I'm from San Jose, it was worth the drive to Ron DuPratt Ford.

I had a wonderful experience at Ron Dupratt Ford from start to finish! Working with Rebeccah was an absolute pleasure. She is patient, I never felt pressured, and she was extremely knowledgeable. Rebeccah secured a great price for me and was very helpful along the way. Rebeccah also made sure everything was covered. We actually discovered a scratch before I drove home and she scheduled the appointment for it to be fixed immediately. Also, Tiffany in finance did a great job explaining the different options and coverage for vehicle protection. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check-out Ron Dupratt Ford and ask for Rebeccah!

I had been shopping for some time for a quality new or used truck. With the auto market the way it is, it can be frustrating at times finding the right vehicle. James knew what I was looking for, and kept me posted on vehicles as they arrived on the lot. As soon as I saw the one I wanted, they helped make it happen. The entire sales and support team was very supportive, and attentive to what I was looking for. I found my new Ford Maverick XLT and by the end of the same day, I was driving it home. William and Bob helped seal the deal. Thank you all.

I had an excellent experience with the team at Ron DuPratt. Steve Curran was my sales manager, along with Tony Castro. The experience was smooth, they provided excellent customer service all along the way. Low pressure, and they weren't adding markup like I've experienced at other dealers. I highly recommend!

TOWING: My son had a flat tire right off of I-80 near Dixon last night so we called AAA bc he had no spare tire. Marcos from Ron Dupratt Ford Towing showed up about an hour later and he was PHENOMENAL. Instead of towing, which would've cost us over $100, he offered to patch it. He pulled this large piece of metal debris from the tire, patched it and we were on our way home in 15 mins. He then texted us to make sure we made it home ok - just WOW! He was friendly, courteous and by far, the BEST tow truck driver with the BEST customer service experience we've ever had. Whoever Marcos reports to, he deserves a raise!!! When you have good employees like that, you take care of them to ensure they stay. He is out there making a good name for your company - THANK YOU MARCOS!

Brandon was a great guy! Helped me out when the guy helping me was off. Helped me get a great deal and very understanding and helpful. Would recommend asking for Brandon to help you find a great deal. They care about you and not trying to scam you out of your money.

I bought my car from them from the other side of the state. Every description of the car was true, and they helped orchestrate a long distance purchase for me. Bill and Bob were both very helpful through the whole process. No shenanigans trying to upsell unwanted stuff. I would definitely want to buy from them again.

Ordered the Ford Maverick. Waited about 1.5 years. James and the sales staff were great. Kept us in the loop throughout the process. Encourage is to be patient and so glad we did. It arrived Thursday 19th and gave us a call. We are so happy with this vehicle getting 37-40 mpg both city and highway. So incredible for a truck. Everyone at the dealership was incredible. We were already approved for financing but they had found a better deal for financing and we are so grateful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful including looking at best options for extending warranties to get best coverage for us. This is third car we have bought from this dealership and we will keep coming back. Thank you James, Tony and the rest of the team.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the inconsiderate and unprofessional treatment I received at Ron DuPratt Ford when contacted about the availability of a 23 Ford Maverick XLT hybrid pickup due to a customer cancellation. I am a 50 year loyal Ford customer, having owned an 850,000 mile 68 Mustang which is the only car I owned and drove in 50 years. It has been well documented in newspaper, magazine, and t,v. coverage for its unique and special history. My beloved "Blue Beast" was demolished in an accident, and I was looking to replace it with a Ford Maverick. My first contact with this dealership was in March when I inquired about purchasing a Maverick. I spoke to Bill Crossley, the internet manager, who took my contact information and told me he would notify me if there was a customer cancellation and when the order banks opened later in the year. He did notify me that the order banks would be open on July l7 to order a 24 model, but I did not proceed with the order since their dealership required a $500 deposit to place an order unlike other Ford dealerships in the area who did not require a deposit. Bill then notified me on September 28, 2023 that there had been a customer cancellation for the exact same Maverick in Atlas Blue Metallic that I wanted which would be delivered within the month to their dealership. However, he failed to inform me in his email when he enclosed the price sticker that there would be a $5000.00 markup on the price above MRSP, which I did not know about until I spoke to him on the phone the next day. Bill should have been upfront with me from the start and relayed that information to me in his original email so I would have known about the markup in the price before I decided to contact him, instead of being caught off guard like I was. Bill was also aware that I needed to stay within the amount of the insurance settlement I received for my 68 Mustang which would not be possible with an additional $5000.00 markup beyond MSRP. I then asked to speak to the GSM, Peter Spitzer, and Bill said he would email his contact information to me which I never received, nor have I ever heard back from Bill again. In fact, I was later told that the GSM had not been in the office for two weeks, so he was not even available for me to contact. After sending an email to their dealership the next day, I was contacted by the GM, Ron Wolff, who was abrupt, rude, and unaccommodating to me when we spoke. After giving me various reasons why they were firm in selling the Maverick with a $5000.00 markup, he then told me although it was against his better judgment, he would drop the markup by $1000. Offering me only a $1000 discount off the $5000.00 markup was an insult. I am a very informed consumer, and am well aware that the Maverick is in high demand and that buyers are waiting for up to a year or longer for delivery after placing an order and that Mavericks are not available at dealerships unless there is a customer cancellation. It was also inappropriate for him to tell me to go to another dealer to buy a Maverick at MSRP when he had the exact truck I wanted to buy which would be almost impossible to find elsewhere. He treated me as if I was dispensable because he knew that he had a list of buyers who would pay the $5000.00 markup. At that point he abruptly terminated the conversation and hung up the phone. Dealers have the option to sell a Maverick after a customer cancellation for MSRP without a markup if they choose to do so. However, having the opportunity to make an additional profit beyond MSRP to put in the company coffers is what is motivating their dealership to increase the price beyond MSRP. Bill Farley, the CEO of Ford Motor Company, has notified dealers to discontinue the high markups on the Mavericks which are alienating customers and are being ignored, especially by dealers in CA. It is all about GREED AND PROFIT, and as along as buyers are willing to pay additional markups, dealers will have no incentive to discontinue them. In conclusion, the unprofessional and in
