Can I put a minus on the stars? I really wish that places that aren't actually cigar shops would stop saying that they are cigar shops. The cigars, much like today, tend to be dried out. The selection is less than minimal, might as well be non-existent. I work in a real cigar store, it's my day off, I just wanted a decent cigar without driving to work, and what I got was dried out trash. Never going back.

Never is open on time. Usually opens up an hour to 2 after, or 1-2 days thru out the week he might actually be open around 9ish.

Stop selling fake vapes for for an absurd price. Its been 3 years and nothing has changed. Go somewhere that cares about the customer. You are stealing peoples money, and I had to wait 20 minutes for him to smoke a big fatty before i even got helped. Just go to brentwood or at very least Byron.

Would have been a first time customer. The companies website says store hours opens at 9am daily. I drove all the way here and here I sit at 9:15am, doors are locked. I called the their phone # and no answer. There is an electric store hours sign in the window, but it isn't turned on, so no idea when the store actually opens.

i love the store but the only thing is that they r never there on time when the store opens. its frustrating when online it says they r open a d u get there and the store hasnt opened up yet. throws me off but good people run the store

Service is ok, prices are ok. 3 stars because theyre randomly closed with no sign all the time. They leave early and they show up hours after supposed to be open frequently. Day 3 still closed, dont answer phone. No response to chat. Removing another star, quite ridiculous.

Sunny is a great, every time i come to the store, i get a very respectful and warm welcome. The prices for tobacco and vape juice is the best In the area. I will always shop here just for the customer service and prices, plus the selection of vape juices and vaporizors are fantastic.

Went to this shop looking for a bong. The guy at the counter was so rude. The bong broke after less than a month of use. Green paint was already chipping off and made out of cheap, thin glass. We will not be returning to this store.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My sister and I came here to check out the vape selection and felt completely disrespected and rushed. We asked the guy behind the counter for the prices on a few items vape items and he snapped at us "what do you guys want to buy first!?" (GRANTED the store was COMPLETELY EMPTY. )Its kinda hard to want to buy anything or even return when being treated like were trash for absolutely no reason. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Who would have thought that a store that treats their customers this terrible would be in such a nice area. Shame.

Prices are reasonable and service is friendly. Seems to have stuff on sale regularly. Just be aware they don't actually open at 9. I sat and waited for a half hour before I decided to leave.

Genuinely cannot believe some of the reviews I am reading for this place. A shame people feel the need to put down a great small business like this one. Like most will tell you the Owner, Sunny, is one of the friendliest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. Always happy to help you in any capacity necessary. If you find yourself in Discovery Bay and need absolutely anything you could find at a smoke shop I urge you to check this place out. It's a 5 star experience

Owner is a wonderful guy! I've been coming in for a while & been spreading the word about him as well. He has fair prices & I enjoy coming here every time. Great variety as well!
