Unsafe parking lot. On a few occasions I noticed tweeker homeless individuals lurking in parking lot. Most recently on 7/8 at approximately 7:00pm white, male, 5' 8, short buzzed hair, early 30's seen scouting patrons in parking lot. Apparently he was trying to snatch purses or items. I alerted a woman sitting in her car with windows rolled down! He entered Target via side drive -up delivery door. Observed him scurring down main aisle ready to snatch up whatever he could. Had his head on a swivel. Proceeded to snatch up prepackaged food by Starbucks and quickly exited. Be careful of purses and belongings in carts. I immediately alerted security. Looks like he's done this before. He was very smooth.

Had to update this review. It has gone down hill, employees are rude, make comments about customers complaining about their orders and service. Had an employee say about 8 feet away from our vehicle "only one stupid item?!" As we made an additional order for pick up in addition to a big pick up order. The cashiers are very rude, had one talking to another employee as we walked up to ring up our items, she continued to talk to her coworker laughing and being loud, until the coworker looked in our direction. She turned looked at us, sighed smacked her lips and began scanning our items. My wife asked how are you as we have manners, she just looked up and hummed "mmmm hmmm" in a sassy manner. The parking lot is filled with litter and mentally ill people living out of the cars. The store allows soliciting in front of the stores that do a pretty good job at harassing you walking in and out of the store. When you advise the employees about the people who are harassing you at the entrance and exit, they say management gave them permission. Bathrooms are always in disarray and really dirty. Security at the location just stand there and play on their phones at the exit, literally walked up to a female security officer, and was startled when I greeted her to ask a question, completely unaware of her surroundings. Currently my wife will avoid going by herself to this target due to safety concerns and has on occasion drove into parking lot, observed several homeless walking in parking lot and people being harassed going into the store that she just kept driving and went home. This target is really a poor representation of what people think a target should be.

Over the three visits I went there, the employees at checkout are the nicest workers I’ve ever experienced at a Target. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but well done on your top notch employees.

The cashier today 3/1/24 at 5:15p was very annoying and unprofessional. His name was Chris M. He needs training on how to have customer service & should be supervised while at the register. Chewing gum should be a no no much less smirking and making disgruntled faces. He slams all products on the counter and no pleasantries. Apparently, unhappy at his job and making Target look bad for hiring such incompetent, unprofessional people. He needs to work the register more while being supervised. Next time, he will get full on lip service for his actions which was directed at us. Spending over $200, you would appreciate well mannered employees. He purposely took his time like he didn't know how to count money and where to put it in the tray. If he doesn't know the cashier job, he needs to do more and change his attitude until he gets it right. He looked like he owned the place & could care less about making the customer feel welcomed. I kept quiet, wondering why such treatment?? Others in line looked stunned at his actions too.

I went to Target tonight, which is one of my favorite stores. Christopher M. was our check-out clerk. He started ringing up my families merchandise with a sneering face and no greeting or acknowledgement. Odd?? He slammed all 8 of my items on the counter (one-by-one) totalling $240.00, as he smacked his gum loudly (his appearance was sloppy, un-professional, and dishevelled). He was very slow counting out the money to place in the register after our purchase . . . with a smirky grin on his face. I hope to return to my favorite store in Diamond Bar and check-out with Chrishtopher M. on another occasion. Target is still an amazing store.. its unfortunate that Christopher M. is not!! #sadface

I like to go to this target because they are very organized and spacious. There are great variety of products to choose. They also have Disney and Sephora inside. The only downside is lately they have closed half the self checkout machines on the day time and close the entire self checkout at night which is creating longer line for cashier.

On the app I put that I’m here in the parking lot but yet they Take 30 minutes to 50 minutes to take the item outside and nobody picks up the phone. This is my to go store.

I frequent this location and went in to buy some items from the ulta inside. It has a decent selection for being how small it is. I decided not to buy because the employee was rude. Right off the bat not even helpful just sneering and profiling. They act like everyone is going to steal. No thanks I’ll spend my money elsewhere at Sephora or an actual Ulta store

I shop at this location regularly and today while shopping with my small child I was very obviously followed around the store by employees . It just made me feel very uncomfortable. I have a job and have never had to steal in my life and paid for every single item in my basket. Before I got in the check out line I was counting my items in my basket and a female employee approaches me and says " welcome" and was acting like she was working but she was watching me. Also you weren't welcoming when I came into the store. You also didn't welcome anyone else. Maybe they should start checking all receipts on the way out like Walmart instead of following people around so aggressively and obvious. It almost made me feel as if they were going to kidnap and traffic my child.

I am so tired of this Target suspicious of everyone. Not coming here anymore. Already twice. First a young woman demanded to see my receipt purchasing a baby item. Second incident Ulta worker unhelpful and right away said pay for items when I was not even done shopping or browsing. I decided to not even buy anything from the Ulta. Disgusting behavior. I am holding a 2K purse you think I am going to steal? What a joke

Horrible customer service by the cashier wearing a red vans t-shirt on January 24, 24 evening shift. No hello, more interested in reading her book than interacting with costumers. Some people hate where they work and it shows

The store is very organized and spacious. There are a great variety of products to choose from and the employees are really nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.
