Service: (5/5)Pretty good service. Cashier was helpful in explaining the difference between Golden Boba (includes Cane Sugar) and their Black Boba (includes Brown Sugar) and made sure to get our orders correctly. Drinks came out super fast as well. Drinks: (5/5)I ordered a Regular Jasmine Green Milk Tea 25% ice and 75% sugar. I love how Ding Tea has every increment for ice and sugar and is pretty affordable compared to other boba places. I really enjoyed my drink from this Ding Tea location as their recipe is consistent with their location in Riverside. (Not all locations use the same recipe I've learned). The regular size comes with a plain cup and seal without their logo which was surprising. Ambiance: (4/5)Place was pretty chill and they have a few claw machines inside with cute prizes. However, was extremely disappointed that they do not offer any rewards programs at this location or any Yelp check-in offers. Overall, their lack of a rewards system and the unbranded packaging really makes it feel like they are trying to cut corners at this location. Will probably not return to this location for this reason in the future!

I ordered an Oreo slush. There is no Oreo in the cup. It tastes like a condensed chocolate milk. This is the worst slush I ever had in LA. I will come back and ask for another one tomorrow. Hope this time the new employees make it right.

The people here are soo nice which is why it pains me to give them a 3 instead of a 4. But honestly, for the price, the quality isn't that great. The taro milk tea is good, but it's not made with real taro as compared to a taro milk tea from other tea shops. $7 for a small is just really pricey for a drink that isn't made with the best quality ingredients. It is a solid boba place though and the people are sweet! The boba itself is always fresh when I go (bouncey texture) and the drinks are reliable. My go tos are usually jasmine milk tea, taro latte and match milk tea with golden boba, 75% sweet. This is also a good place to come hangout and catch up with a friend!

Last time I rolled by here I wanted the strawberry mango slush as tea drinks seem to bother me a little. The guy behind the counter was nice and we got talking about teas and what not. I was also a bit hungry and he suggested the popcorn chicken so I waited for it and he even refilled my slush as it got a little bit longer than expected for the machine to fully heat up and heat up the chicken as I got ansi cause I needed to get back to work. I like it if I wanted to hangout with my friends at this establishment as it's inviting and easygoing atmosphere and good drinks and good popcorn chicken. A good place to study during the day if you wanted to.

Very disappointed on my order. Ordered Oreo slush with boba (out of regular boba and asked if crystal boba okay. I said ok.) ordered signature milk tea with boba (out of regular boba and out of black tea. And asked to replace with green tea and crystal boba.). "When I got home, found both drinks were replaced with jelly."The only drink okay was the oolong milk tea with half sugar. This is not the first time you guys messed up, so I decided to leave feedback here.

I am not a person to write reviews but i have to for this ding tea cause they were so sweet. Usually Mondays I take my daughter out for boba after dance class and I happen to be in the same plaza so we got boba here. We bought 2 drinks one for myself and one for My daughter, as we were walking out my daughter dropped hers and spill it all over the place, one of the employee ran out of her way and helped us clean it up! 5/5 stars for the service! As we were finish cleaning up the spill, another employee came and gave us a brand new drink without me asking. It was soo sweet I would love to give a 10/10 stars for there service if I could. Drinks were exceptional I ask for half sweet and it was the perfect sweetness. I would definitely come back here! This will be our Monday boba spot. Thanks again guys for the awesome service. Keep it up.

Mostly enjoyable drinks. Too many management changes.I stumbled upon this Ding Tea location a year or so ago here in the Diamond Bar/Walnut area. The thing that drew me to this location was their very reasonable drink prices, taste and promotions that they ran. However, management seems to have recently changed in the last month or two and all that was good with this place has essentially gone out the window.Old management used to run a "happy hour" promotion Monday - Thurs from 5pm until 9pm that was essentially a BTGO (Buy Two, Get One Free) promotion. This was a PRIME reason for coming to this location, as we typically came once a week for the promotion and kept coming back.New management has since trashed this promotion and raised their prices. Drink prices for a simple Fruit Tea have now raised near the $5.00 mark, which is up drastically from what it was even just one year ago.Sadly, we probably won't be visiting again. They've now fallen in line with other more expensive boba tea shops, and that, coupled with the dumping of their promotions, make it hard to justify coming back.Number #1 rule for mainstream boba tea places. You've got to have either really good boba tea (extremely unique niche or just really good flavors), or daily/weekly promotions/happy hours to be competitive and draw people in. Without that, you're not giving customers a reason to come back frequently.Drinks -- 3.5 out of 5Service/Management -- 2 out of 5

This Ding Tea has truly taken a nose dive in the last two years and have constantly been changing management. In the last two weeks, I've tried to give them two shots and both times were a bust. The first time - a customer had an issue with her order of 100+ drinks and I waited in the shop for at least 10 minutes and not one of the three employees acknowledged me or gave me a heads up. Today, I came in at about 1:10pm-1:15pm and ordered a lychee green tea. Half way through my drink, I noticed one of the employee's hair was in the drink! Not surprising considering the guy making my drink was either playing with his phone while making my drink or tossing his hair around. Probably not coming back, since I didn't ask for toppings and got a hairy situation...

Ordered a passion fruit yakult, strawberry yakult and grapefruit yakult one hot summer day. Grapefruit yakult was meh but the other two were great. However my fav part was how 2/3 of the drinks were not properly sealed and spilled in my car and on my toddler.

I actually wanted to go to the boba shop next door. Sunright I think it's called. But I didn't want to wait till they opened (15 min lol) so I came here. I usually have a good experience at most ding tea's. This location was pretty wack. Service was Koo. Young girl playing some bangers! So that was cool. I keep it simple. Thai tea, no sweet, easy ice. Bruh, my cup was still more than half a cup of ice and it wasn't filled to the top lol It's all good. I ain't trippin. I just won't be back to this location. Thanks for the good tunes tho

I was very hesitant to visit this location after reading all the negative reviews. I have visited this location before but it was a very years ago (before Covid I believe). And during that time, the signature milk tea I ordered was not that great..at all. The parking lot here is so horrific. Iykyk! I want to start off by saying I usually go to the DT in Chino Hills. When their flavor started to become inconsistent, I would go to the DT in West Covina. Unfortunately, gas is TOO high to make that drive for my beloved signature milk tea. I walked in around 8pm and it was pretty crowded. At least it seemed that way when those who were waiting for their drinks were blocking the entrance. I walked up to the register and I wasn't greeted (4/5 stars due to customer service) and wasn't told "I'll be right with you" or anything along those lines. I just stood there and waited patiently because the two young baristas looked busy. A few moments after, one of the baristas assisted me and I placed my order. It came out to be about $5. -Small signature milk tea w/ easy boba and less ice He informed me they only had "golden boba". I wasn't too sure what the difference was between the "golden boba" and the typical brown/black tapioca. I am aware of popping boba though and that's something I definitely didn't want. I honestly thought the "golden boba" was the norm at DT. Maybe I should brush up on my boba terminology. Now here is where I went wrong...I ordered a small. Although I am trying to cut down on the sugar for my health, this this signature milk tea was too GOOD to only have been a small. I was honestly shocked. The color was VERY light in comparison to the milk tea I had at the other locations so I did have my doubts. I took the first sip and before you know it, I finished it in my car before I left the horrific parking lot. Will definitely be back to this location and hopefully I can relax a bit at their indoor tables.
