My wife and I had been looking for preschools around the Diamond Bar area for a while and decided to tour DBCP. After the first tour, we knew this was the preschool for our kids. We were worried our daughter was going to have a rough transition, but both Ms. Mitzie and Ms. Pamela made her feel so comfortable and loved! She finished the school year and brought her back for summer school with her younger brother and they both enjoyed their time! Love this school and so thankful for our DBCP community.

We absolutely loved Diamond Bar Community Preschool! Both my boys went there, my oldest attended 4 years ago and my youngest just graduated. The school is a TRUE GEM! Both teachers, Ms.Mitzie and Ms.Pamela have a genuine love for what they do. They have a beautiful program, where each child is given the opportunity to learn at their own pace, with the main focus being social and play activities. The parent component is amazing! Parents are expected to work daily at the school given different opportunities to start a foundation of school relationship with their child, something so valuable that unfortunately once a child starts elementary age it changes. My family LOVED being part of DBCP, we truly built a strong community within the school these last four years, and my boys will always have a piece of that love in their hearts! We were the "lucky" ones who found this gem, and will be forever grateful!

I have been taking my kid here for pre-school since January of 2022, and I have to say Ms Mitzie and Ms Pamela provide quality teaching. I was skeptical at first but after the first couple of months I noticed my daughter was more social and speaking better. I will leave this review as a highly recommended place of business for day school/ pre school needs. The staff has been nothing but accommodating, professional, and honest. They are also very organized when it comes to events. My favorite was the Father's Day event, where all dads were invited for coffee, donuts, and a fun day with our kids. They deserve more than the rating system on yelp.

My son went to school here last year and we loved it and the teachers are caring and professional. Classroom sizes are perfect. Every child was able to get direct 1 on 1 attention. The best part about this school is that parents are able to be a helper which allows us to see our child learning, playing and making new friends. We made such great memories and life long friends from this school. This school was highly recommended to us and now we know why. We are so grateful we found this little gem!

We're so happy that we found this preschool. Our first son attitude towards school was negative before he attended school. Whenever we mention about school he would always say no. However, after his first day, we can see how he completely changed his mind. He couldn't wait to go back to school. He would always ask "do I get to go school tomorrow?" As parents, we couldn't be any happier, as this is his first experience with school. We could tell that Ms. Mitzie and Ms. Pamela really put their heart into what they do at this preschool. We would definitely recommended Diamond Bar Community Preschool to anyone who wanted to send their little precious son/daughter to school.

I absolutely LOVE this preschool. My little guy started at a different preschool last summer and it just wasn't a good fit for him so I started my search for something that would meet his needs. Another family that used to attend DBCP recommended it so I immediately scheduled a tour so he could start after the new year. I brought my mom along since she would be the one "working" and she loved it as much as I did! My son started in January and is currently in summer school and it's day and night from his last school. He used to cry and say he didn't like school but after a month at DBCP he would tell me he liked school and liked Ms.Pamela and Ms.Mitzie. The thing I love most is that both Ms.Pamela and Ms.Mitzie are SO patient with my son. He's got a lot of personality and loves to test boundaries but they hold their boundaries and my son loves them for it. They had 2 weeks off before summer school and all my son asked for was to go to school! I absolutely love this school and I'm so happy my son gets another 2 years here! :)

Covid started when my son was 2 1/2 and we were quarantined for a year with my son having little to no interaction with kids. At 3 1/2 we decided that he needed to start preschool due to delay in speech. We sent him to another well known preschool next to our house where we had the worst experience with the teachers and director. We lost all hope of him adjusting to preschool until we met Ms. Mitzie, Ms. Pamela and the parents of Diamond Bar Community preschool. They helped my son adjust to the new environment and his speech improved exponentially in a couple of months. If you want your child to be babied and catered to this might not be for your child but if you want to prepare them for TK or Kindergarten this is a great place! It's a great safe environment for kids to be social and to learn rules, structure and independence while still getting the close attention and affection they need from teachers and parents. Please understand the level and years of experience Ms. Mitzie and Ms. Pamela has is incomparable to a typical preschool teacher. My son was safe, happy and well taken care under the care of Ms. Mitzie, Ms. Pamela and the parents of Diamond Bar Community Preschool and we are truly grateful. We definitely will be sending our second son when he becomes of age.

Diamond bar community preschool has been the best place for our daughter. She started after the school year began last year and Miss Mitzie and Miss Pam quickly helped her learn to adjust to the environment. One great thing about this preschool is the co-op model which allows parents and family to get involved with their kids' day to day at the school, as well as form a community with the other parents. My daughter constantly talks about her schoolmates and all the fun activities they engaged in. We look forward to the next school year and eventually enrolling our son in the school.

This is an amazing parent participation school. I highly encourage other families to look into sending their kids here as it's a great community of families and staff. There is so much for your child to learn from both Ms Mitzie and Ms Pamela. Our child has done nothing but talk about his positive experiences here and begs to go back! We have sent him here one year now and will be sending him back again in the fall. His siblings were able to utilize the nursery while dad volunteered and the activities provided were so much fun to prepare for! We cannot fathom another school program more dedicated to our child's development as this was. Thank you for everything you've done for our little family and can't wait to send our other son as well!

We all LOVED this preschool. As parents, we were able to volunteer on "working parent days" to see her during the school as well as help all her classmates. It was awesome to see everyone grow over the school year. The head teachers are extremely experienced and fantastic with the kids. We (mainly me the parent) will miss the lovely songs they would sing throughout the day. All the other parent volunteers are as devoted to helping our kids learn, have fun together, and grow. The parent-participation does takes time, but the camaraderie with the other parents and head teachers is priceless! Also the playground is HUGE and has great views. The school is also not too close to freeways, like many other preschools.

I like the teachers in this preschool, Ms.Mitzie and Ms. Pamela both follow an organized plan from day to day and keeps to a structured curriculum, they also have organized system to communicating with parents every month through zoom meetings, they keep the space neat and tidy, everyone including parents knows what to expect at all times.....

We just finished our first year at DBCP and we absolutely loved it! I was drawn to the play-based learning environment and the opportunity to see my child learn through the parent participation aspect of the school. I spent over 15 years as a teacher and really wanted to be a part of my own child's learning experience. This school was a perfect fit for us. We found a caring community with involved families and exceptional teachers. This school really does provide a unique preschool environment. We can't wait to come back next year!

My daughter is finishing up her first year at DBCP and she has truly enjoyed the whole experience. She loves her teachers, the learning activities & the time spent with all the friends she has made. The teachers provide a nurturing environment for the little kiddos to thrive. This is a co-op which means parent participation is essential and we have enjoyed getting to know all the families through the work days, events, and field trips. By helping out at DBCP regularly, we have been able to know first-hand what our little girl is learning and how she interacts with others. The teachers are also great at differentiating instruction for all the learning levels. We've had several friends who have also been part of DBCP and they have fond memories of their experiences here. I absolutely love this preschool! We moved from Arcadia to San Dimas early this year and I have pretty high standards. I toured so many schools and fell in love with this one. It's not a typical co-op, they really work on all aspects of growth. They do small groups and rotate rooms so they get exposure to sensory, crafts, and some fun games.. My son has grown so much here. The teachers here are so amazing, and work so well with all the children. I have also enjoyed the parents, and the community around the school. There has been times when I haven't been able to volunteer, and the families jump right in to help. I know my son will be ready for kindergarten after attending this school.
