Worse bank experience here in Diamond Bar one teller working with 10 people in line. There are other employees walking around but really 1 teller on a Friday!!! I won’t be coming to this bank again.!!

I go to boa around 9 am . It's not crowded The staff are Always nice. I highly recommend this bank Of course i if you go at lunch time and after 5pmEvery banks are busy The operating manager is always there to help you

Long lines and only 1 person working! Major management problems! One of the worst branches I had the unfortunate to visit. The staff are all cold and have terrible attitude, not helpful. Horrible!

Now officers and tellers seem impersonal, indifferent, rude, and even argumentative. I have been coming to this bank for nearly forty years, and now come in only if definitely necessary. One business representative, Hispanic, did deliver great service. The lack of diversity is obvious and unacceptable. I truly feel unwelcomed. Unapologetically no one seems to care that customers stand in line too long.

Its pathetic the amount of people in line with only one teller . It's always the same bs excuses "we're short staffed" , "the other teller are on lunch" etc etc. Every single BoA has this issue. It's literally 21 people in line and 1 teller. A damn joke. No wonder everyone goes to other banks

My Mom and I were at this Bank of America (BofA) in Diamond Bar only one time as we were in the area taking care of other personal matters. We were depositing a check. There was a slight wait, but nothing we can't handle. Bank teller was very friendly. Transaction went very smooth. It was a quick visit. We got in and got out in less than 20 minutes. Keep up the great work BofA! We appreciate your service!

Made an appointment online to come into this BoFA branch to receive a Signature Guaranteed. At the time of my appointment, I was immediately greeted by an assistant manager at the front (kicking myself for not catching her name, I believe her initials are MZ?) who helped me process the Signature Guaranteed I needed for my Treasury Direct authorization form-- all within 10 minutes. Thank you! Tip: if you're looking to receive a Signature Guaranteed seal or stamp, most financial institutions no longer administer these due to Covid. BoFA was the only institution I could find around Diamond Bar that still offer them.

I’ve had a not so good experience 2 years ago but they really improved their services!!!! My last two visits in 2021 were awesome. We have to understand that it is a busy branch. It can be packed in the morning. You will be taken care of no matter what. 5 star service, no doubts.

This branch doesn't deserve a star. The people are so trash in a nice location. Horrible experience as soon as I walk in, an associate with a funky insolent disposition is there. The associates at the front desk are lackluster and sending me back to the same person that did a horrific job at greeting me initially when I came in. Even the manager had to tell her to help me though she refused. I get everyone is going through something during these unprecedented times however everyone there needs to take a customer service class. Underneath my mask I could smell the attitude. I left there with no adequate help. The last experience I had, the associate finished helping me and threw my statement back at me. The whole time I was in shock in disbelief that these people are employed. Whomever is in charge of that branch. I'm embarrassed for you. Disgusting to say the least. The people deserve much better. The branch needs to be reported.

This branch used to be my default, but after a shift in attitude in their service, I believe I will be going to another branch from now on. I understand if you do not have what I need, but I do not understand the extra explanation that somehow makes it feel as if not getting what I am looking for is my own fault. Their responses showed their priority in doing business and their general lack of customer care.

The hours here are awful. Even worse, when they are open, they are grossly understaffed. We needed to do an important wire transfer so we wanted to go in and make sure we did it correctly. Tried to get it done Friday but they close at 4:00 PM. So we went Saturday morning. Got there minutes after opening and were told it would be a one hour wait. They only had 2 agents assisting customers. Our 60 minute wait turned into 90. They were turning customers away because they were completely booked for the day. I don't know how they run a business like this with limited hours and completely understaffed, especially a bank. People need to have reliable access to their finances. Looking at the other reviews, they've been operating like this for months.
