This branch is just like all others, waiting in line doesn’t mean anything to staff members here. There are 10 employees sitting looking important while customers just sit and wait with a gaze.

Worse bank experience here in Diamond Bar one teller working with 10 people in line. There are other employees walking around but really 1 teller on a Friday!!! I won’t be coming to this bank again.!!

I go to boa around 9 am . It's not crowded The staff are Always nice. I highly recommend this bank Of course i if you go at lunch time and after 5pmEvery banks are busy The operating manager is always there to help you
