Had some difficult mailing to be done and Abraham was excellent customer service and very professional and friendly!
In spite the fact that the store is getting a complete remodel and I can't imagine how difficult it is to perform all the tasks! Great job Abraham! You deserve a raise!

Do not go and mail anything with any value from this store. If you don't get any insurance they are going to steal your products. Two phones were stolen from my company and Shawn the manager is the main culprit. They are stealing and what for the update when they are arrested for theft and fraud...

I sent a package a couple of weeks ago - and the recipient did not get it. I went back and the staff - Dennis, Adrian - were so helpful. They helped me track it down - and resend. It was the best most kind customer service ever! Thank you!

I will never have another package shipped to this store. I had two packages shipped to this specific location because it's close to my home, the day I received notification that my packages were delivered, I went into the UPS store, the staff was able to find one package even though the computer showed that both packages were received by the manager. So where did the other package go?? No help from anyone.

Eva has the patience of a saint.
I was in there at 11:00 a.m. for a live Scan, she was great but the customers are getting a little rowdy and she was just keeping it cool...
I'm in line getting my stuff done but the way she made it smooth sailing was very appreciated

Had a great experience today, my first time visiting this location. I had a several-part job, Eva was helping me and she was just so pleasant and efficient! I was there for 20 or 30 minutes and the energy is really good - happy staff and regulars. Well done, Store 5062!
