Trying to unlock my kids phone to transfer services. If you swap your main number tmobile just closes your account without any warning. So I couldn't even get in to pay the phone off. Go in. Pay it off. Tell them listen I don't have a way to get into the account because the primary number was transferred and apparently that shuts things down. I don't know what the pin is because I'm a Sprint customer and always used the secret question. That apparently doesn't carry over. So I ask since I'm there if they can call me and get me a new pin number so I can handle everything and make an account. Guy starts to then someone else jumps in and tells me to just make an account under the number still in service that I'm trying to transfer. Cool. But I ask does she need to be on network to do this? Because she isn't. We had tried transferring to google and didn't have her specific sim card anymore so her phone won't get on the tmobile network. He tells me no, you don't need to be.Get home, try and make an account, it says they'll text a code to confirm... to the phone that won't connect to the network. Go back in, re-explain the problem. Didn't have my ID this time, that's on me, had a photo of the front/back of it though on my phone, but wouldn't accept that. If I hadn't just been in and asked all these questions in the first place I wouldn't have been so irate. But literally a "go do it yourself" mentality when there were 0 people in the store and 4 reps there. Like. You couldn't have just let the first guy call for me like he was going to? WHY did you step in and make everything 10x more difficult? The first guy understood what was going on and was great. Second one was unhelpful, clearly wasn't fully listening to the conversation, and had no business stepping in and giving me misinformation. Then trying to still blame me by saying "well if you had the SIM card." Bro, I said to the other dude she wasn't connected to the network, which is why I asked DOES SHE NEED TO BE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT. Otherwise, why would I ask?Gah. Will be so happy to wash my hands of this. I loved Sprint. Tmobile is an absolute dumpster fire.

I accidentally ended up at the T-Mobile door ten minutes before they open, earlier this week. I fully expected to wait outside until they opened. I was both embarrassed and impressed when Blanca unlocked the door and let me in. The store is very nice and well maintained. The three staff members were all professional in demeanor and busy working. Blanca assisted me with an issue I’d been having with an older iPhone. She removed my physical SIM and installed an eSim, and that did correct the issues I’ve had for years! Blanca then assisted me with finding the right new charging accessories. Blanca also provided excellent information about the benefits to upgrading my device, without being overly pushy to sell me a new phone. I’ll definitely utilize this T-Mobile location for any future cell phone needs. Thank you, Blanca!

My son called ahead to confirm that there was a phone in stock. Called multiple times since he lives on base and I was working 45min from this location. Only to arrive to a non available item they sold instead of selling to us like we had discussed. We even offered to start the process. Good ol DHS never disappoints. Order online or somewhere else.

The personel were ignorant about the product detais of the phones they sell. They misrepresented the products which lead me to choosing a phone I did not want and they would not exchange it, or return my trade in. Terrible policy.

I switched from At&T to T-Mobile. I had stopped in a couple of days, before deciding, to ask questions. Alma was very accommodating. Christian & Eulogio are outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly store, manager Gilbert and his team helped my wife and I switching our Sprint service to T-Mobile. Gilbert went out of his way to actually drive to another store to get me the phone I wanted since they didn't have it in stock at his store. His team worked great with us ??
