“I went to this location in the Amado Center today, 03.25.24. There were two agents on duty. One was helping another customer, the other guy said he'd be right with me and he was, in about ten seconds. He asked me politely how he could help me? I replied that I had a QR code on my phone to ship the box I brought in. He scanned the code, placed a label on the box and gave me a receipt with a smile and bid me a good day. The entire experience took less than a minute. I could not have been more pleased unless he'd handed me ten bucks for walking in the door. I'm kidding about that part, of course but, really I don't know how the experience could have been more pleasant. I give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ stars and will recommend them to anyone who needs to ship with UPS. Especially if it's an item that can't simply be dropped off at a collection point. Really top notch service!!I know people have good days and bad days. I can't resist saying that some of the bad days could be avoided if the customer would treat the agent the way they'd want to be treated.”
