“I have had no experience with this branch prior to yesterday on 2/13/2023, other than having used the ATM over the two years since I moved here.On 2/13/2023 I called the branch, prior to driving to the location, as I had questions I wanted answers to before driving there. I was greeted by Branch Banker Megan Mckenney and her customer service skills were no less than exceptional. Even if she was faking it, she still passed with flying colors. I was then introduced to Daisy ( I believe that was her name) and she was equally impressive.On my way out I thanked them both and I will be seeing them again.
