She spoke Spanish as well and assisted my mother with all the details she needed. It’s very rare to get great customer service now a days but they exceeded our expectations. “This review is especially for the electronic department only. My daughters and I came in the afternoon to purchase a video game, and had planned to pay with dollar bills/a ton of change. We were a bit nervous to bring out all the change we had and see the reaction of the associate. But to our surprise, the associate 'Logan' was so patient with the long process of gathering all the coins. As a few customers would line up and put a bit of pressure on us he would reassure us not to worry and that it was not a bother. We've encountered very impatient, rude people at other retail stores when using piggy bank money in the past. He was very empathetic, thoughtful, and had great suggestions about other electronics. Such a calm aura and a personality that was very nice to be around. Kindness goes a long ways. Thanks again Logan!”
