I almost never write local reviews, but I got extraordinary service at Tire pros Davis.
I went there because I got a scar on the side of one of the tires, and ended up replacing all four tires a month ago. (They were already quite old anyway)
It turned out that the wheel also some limp. They actively searched available replacement parts, but tried to fix it without replacing it at first, which would be a cheaper option for me.
Well, it turned out that I needed to replace a wheel because the air was leaking when I drive fast. The parts they found earlier were sold out meanwhile. They offered me to replace it when I find a part myself.
When I got a wheel from Ebay, they offered to change it with extremely cheap labor cost. I would definitely recommend Tire pros to my friends.

I went in to get my tires checked for leaks, they found no nail or whatsoever leakage. I was prepared to pay for their one hour (water test), to my surprise they didn’t want to charge me at all. I offered to buy tire valve caps since I lost two of them, I believe his name is Jack, gave me a couple and put them on. This is the tire shop you can trust that you wont get ripped off.

I had a flat tire a month or so ago and went to Davis Tire Pros to get it fixed. After that, car was driving weird so I went to an auto shop and found out that the tires had not been bolted down properly!!! This is a super dangerous mistake by Davis Tire Pros and very unacceptable.

I had used them before.
Again I found them to be a provider of courteous, friendly, competent, and I dare say honest, auto service.
At least that has been my experience.
Also I was feeling a little self-conscious for a couple of reasons having to do with the vehicle, due in part to it's age and state of disrepair after having been crashed into some time back in a hit-and-run incident, and the attendant was quick to come back with: "I love old cars"!
He was genuinely commenting his thought, but to me it also came across as kind and considerate and comforting.

I paid them to replace ball joints for 750 dollars 2 years ago. Right ball joint broke off and passenger door, fender, flare damaged and tire and rim scratches.. ball joints had less 10k miles on th. They said 12 montus or 12k miles. So warranty is nonlonger. They bought cheap ball joints and scammed. I will never buy anything from them ever again.

This place is awesome! I went in to get my tires checked and Aaron the guy working the front counter ended up airing all of them up at no cost! Told me to come in every month to check them, if I wanted. I asked him how much an oil change was for my vehicle. He said about $46. Which left my jaw dropped. They have good customer service, and their prices are very good I highly recommend.
