This gym is really a hidden gem! I enjoyed the strength and conditioning classes a lot. Even without any experiences coming in, I felt comfortable in the environment because I was challenged appropriately for my level. My strength and core improved so much even after a short time. This gym is awesome and I highly recommend it! As a beginner to strength and conditioning, I was a little hesitant to sign up at first, but I tried out a class and loved it! The instructors are friendly and always willing to help. Since it's a small gym, I felt that I got a lot of personalized attention as I learned new lifts and movements. People of all skill levels attend the classes and the instructors do a great job of tailoring the exercises to accommodate this. The other gym members are also really nice and encouraging. If you're looking for a gym where you will feel welcomed and get a great workout, look no further!

Davis strength and conditioning has built something truly special. Great programming for classes and a good lifting environment for open gym. The facilities are great. The people and atmosphere make it unique. This is a gym you will look forward to visiting.

I love coming here because not only do you receive instruction on proper technique, they help you achieve your goals specific to your abilities. We have members from all different backgrounds, and they take that into consideration when instructing. The other members are really nice and it's very motivating to be in classes with such a great group of people.

I was vacationing in Winters, CA for three weeks. I needed a gym where I could continue my training while away from home. A quick search of the surrounding area I stumbled upon Davis Strength and Conditioning. The gym literally had everything I needed. With plenty of racks for squats, bench, overhead press and room for deadlifts. The best part was they had weekly and monthly memberships available, perfect for the time I was to be in town. The owners Yijie and Drew were responsive to emails and welcomed me on my first day as though I was a long time member. Open gym times were convenient and provided more than enough time to get my training in. The vibe in the gym was very motivating. I would highly recommend Davis Strength and Conditioning to any residents in the area or traveling through. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

High energy vibes, well-thought-out space, great equipment + amazing training! This is an all-around amazing spot to dive into, commit, or continue on your athletic journey...whatever stage you might be at.I have really appreciated both the quality, detail-oriented, and inclusive nature of the group strength training classes. I've also felt super comfortable during open gym despite which has been awesome.But what I have appreciated the most is the challenging nature of each class + paired with positive psychological motivation! It's just such a great mix for personal growth. Strongly recommend taking the time to stop by to check out this space and making sure to talk to the founders + trainers, Drew and Yijie, about your goals!

Been working out here for a while and its been great! The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I haven't taken part, but they have some great classes for all skill levels. There's also lots of space/equipment inside and out for people to do their own thing and social distance. Whether you're an advanced lifter or just starting out, this is a great place to get a good workout!

Love Davis Strength and Conditioning! Best gym in town no doubt about it. The classes are awesome and the trainers push you to be your best. Great place for anybody wanting to work on bettering themselves through fitness.

I trained here while I was staying in Davis for a month, and it was a great experience! I'm an olympic weightlifter and found the space to be good to lift in, the coaches to be knowledgeable, and the members to be friendly. I definitely recommend it if you're a weightlifter in Davis!

I love Davis Strength and Conditioning. I have been going there for about 3-4 years now and Yijie and Drew are great! They cater to whatever you specifically want/need to work on and help you reach your goals. Their noon time workouts are great for the lunch hour. All you have to do is show up and the workout in on the board. Its a mix of crossfit and bootcamp and whether you're a workout fanatic or just getting started, you can go at your own pace.
