I generally never review a bank, but I have been running into the same issue every single time I come to this bank. The drive through ATM is almost ALWAYS out of service. Every single time I choose to use the drive by ATM it says it is out of order or not working, which is extremely inconvenient for individuals who do not have the time to go inside of the bank to use the ATM, or speak to a bank teller. I do realize this is something small, and there are other options such as the inside ATM which usually works, or speaking to a bank teller but they may as well not have this drive through ATM because it never seems to be in service. So if you are planning to use the drive by ATM at this location, I would not drive all the way here because it will most likely be out of service. Otherwise, I've had decent experiences inside of the bank and with the indoor ATM, but I do believe that if your location has a drive through ATM it should be in service majority of the time. If not, why even have one?

Wow...the best customer service from a bank. They helped set up my son's account. Even though we didn't have an appointment Mitra Haidery took us right in and was able to get us out of there before my son had to be at work. She was exceptional. I'm going to tell everyone I know to go to Chase in Davis.

Able to exchange foreign currency, although the rate is not great but at least its one of the few in the Sacramento area you can still exchange. Service is great and not a lot of people.

I walked into Chase because I was concerned about a hold that was placed on a check that I deposited. Tiffany was the teller that assisted me and she was so helpful, sympathetic, and kind. She volunteered to call and request to have the hold removed and she was successful. With bills coming up I was a little stressed to say the least. I was also approached by a nice person who most likely was bank manager. They were super kind as well. So thanks fo the help today! To be honest I've had terrible experience with customer service reps over the phone but the In person experience has usually been good. Give Tiffany a raise and a promotion. You need more people like her. Thanks Tiffany.

My daughter and her husband have banked at this branch of Chase for a long time. They highly recommended it, upon my return from living abroad for many years. Though I have never banked at a large corporate bank, my situation is such that that is exactly what was required to reestablish myself in Davis.

Though I have never banked at a large corporate bank, my situation was such that that is exactly what was required to reestablish myself in Davis. Harpreet Bassi is an absolute dream to work with. My situation is complicated, but she breezed through it, teaching me a great deal throughout the process. It's always a delight to work with an expert and Ms Bassi is an absolute pro from start to finish. I left Chase impressed with the five star service, skill, and kindness Ms Bassi provided throughout our lengthy meeting.

Barely any interest accrues on their accounts but sometimes you just need to have an account at a brick and mortar bank. There are Chase branches located almost everywhere. After having some minor issues getting some documents guaranteed at my credit union I decided it was time to open a new account at a bank. I went mid-day to the east Davis branch and was very soon meeting with the new account staff member. With all the options of accounts to decide on and the "electronic" paperwork to sign, it took about 1 1/2 hours to open my new checking and savings account and deposit my check to fund the accounts. This branch is great. It is never crowded, there is free unlimited parking. They have carafes of coffee and hot water and comfortable chairs for your wait, should there be one. There are no safe deposit boxes at this branch, the closest branch with them is downtown Davis.

Alejandra is professional and very helpful. She resolved every issues that I had. However when she was on vacation, I called the bank branch and was told that a manager would call me back next day but no one called me and I went to an another branch.
