My Audi had a tune and I was bring it in to have it updated to pass smog. The people were very nice and explained me how the tune works and update. They gave me a good price and more. Great cars and knowable people. 10/10

I’ve used 2 Bennett on multiple occasions. Within the last year, they have failed to diagnose multiple issues that other mechanics have been able to identify within the same timeframe they had my vehicle or much less. They failed to find a coolant leak caused by a cracked reservoir and an air suspension leak caused by a faulty fitting. Because I like supporting local businesses, I’ve kept using them but after my most recent experience, I find it difficult to recommend them to anyone who cares about their Audi. Most recently, they replaced my motor mounts which were starting to leak and cause a clunking noise when driving. When I picked up my car from them, I didn’t notice the clunking issue until a few weeks later because I do not drive my car very often. I tried calling them twice to get my car in to have them look at it again with no answer. Being very frustrated with them after spending nearly $2K on the replacement and their track record on diagnosing other issues on my car, I brought my car to a dealership in town who was able to diagnose my issue and fix it within 3 hours. The issue being that Audi 2 Bennett did not torque down multiple bolts when doing the work initially. I emailed the invoice to Andrew (the owner) and he is not willing to pay me back for the invoice and is confused why I didn’t bring my car back to 2 Bennett after I noticed the issue. The invoice I asked him to pay was not very expensive and I did not ask for money back from their install, yet he is still not offering anything. He lost my business for good and I will warn any fellow Audi owners of his shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very poor quality work and extremely poor customer service! The owner, Andrew, acts as if he does not care about the customers or the work that is being done. The level of work is sub par and when you bring this up to their attention they give you every excuse in the book why it is not their fault. It is hard to get in touch with them as they often do not pick up the phone and emails are not responded to promptly. They charge high rates for work and do spotty work and then don't want to fix what they started. This is the type of place where if you had them change your oil, they might very likely forget to refill the engine with oil before they give it back to you, and then say it is your fault for checking before you drove the car. It is a shame because this place has potential to be great only if it was better managed and the owner actually cared about the customers. I can not recommend anyone bring their car here for any service.

My second visit to 2Bennett and I'll be back for a third time for sure for work on my 8P A3 Quattro. Not only are they knowledgeable about everything Audi, but they are not out to cheat or rip you off. I've always worked on my cars because shops are s#!t and I can fix my cars for way cheaper. For the big jobs seek these guys out FR. They are a specialty shop leading Audi performance in Cali, so don't expect Jiffy Lube in and out service. If you hit them up for an oil change its a waste of their time seriously. Oh! Almost forgot to mention they have a unique way to show you the work done on your car and what's wrong with it by providing pictures of everything and a super detailed write up. Go to the dealership for maintenance, holler at 2Bennett to get your project car on point! They even sell cars and I seen a sweet V8 - 6 speed swapped B5 wagon - with all their goodies. Looking factory AF!

Took my a4 in for a strange noise when turning. Very prompt communication and great shop to work with. They fixed my issue, sent pictures of what they did and explained the fix. Reasonably priced and quick. Highly recommend
