“Rohan was amazing! We came in for a device change and an upgrade and Rohan took the time to help us and was super patient. It was taking a while to back up our devices especially mine since I have over 200GB of data and we hit a snag with switching my device to my family member not activating the new device but he stayed well after store hours to get everything fixed and us leaving with our devices up and running. Overall 5 stars for Rohan!”
“Received a phone notification that my phone’s battery needed to be replaced/repaired. What a skilled and pleasant person! I was seen immediately and he replaced the battery while I waited, which didn’t last very long. I thanked my lucky stars!”
“Came in to do a cross upgrade for our phones, and we were approached by a staff member who handed us over to Marquis. Marquis was very helpful in streamlining the process and making sure that everything was in working order before we left. He was very engaging and courteous, which made the long process seem fairly painless. Would recommend asking for Marquis when you go in.”

While he could make no guarantees, at a very, very reasonable cost, he made the necessary repairs and it worked perfectly for the entire lifetime of the phone (until it was stolen 6 yes, SIX years later!)After dropping my iPad numerous times, he totally reamed the entire case, reshaped it and replaced the screen. Again Apple, said “no can do”He “kindly” recommended a better protective case (not purchased there) to handle the drops!A sole proprietor shop, local in CV, he knows his stuff, providing stellar service, pricing and excellent diagnostic/repairs … patient and accommodating with questions.I asked him if I needed a new phone— have an old 8— his response, “no” — it is fine!!”

“Robert was awesome he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with an activated phone after spending 3 hours texting att customer service app people . I was frustrated and annoyed getting no where with their chat representative. If Robert would not have asked me if I had signed in. My wait would have been a few hours.
ATT needs more people like Robert.. He's very professional, polite, and prompt making sure his customers are not waiting to be helped a long time. There were 4 other employees that were on the same shift 2 of the girls were either new or just didn’t care about their job. Anyhow, I appreciate your help Robert!!!

Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Glad we found it as we were able to walk over from Apple Store to get new watch set up with cellular (transfer from old watch to new watch). Dee went above and beyond with her customer service. She not only helped us to transfer the cellular to new watch but was able to correct the issue the service person caused (they cancelled our existing cell service #). Dee was quick to get things back in order for us and even offered to help set up the new watch to ensure it worked correctly right down to putting the new band on for us! She was so professional, patient and kind! Good service is hard to be found and she was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dee!! You were so nice and patient. We definitely will drive back out to this location to have service she provided.”

After spending over an hour on the phone frustrated with ATT Help and the lack of knowledge I was getting, I made a visit to this store and was helped by the manager Kevin. I can't speak on behalf of the customers or the employees, but I can let you know about my own experience at this store. I recently came in with 2 separate issues; one was about my phone bill and the other was my internet. Both issues were resolved immediately, and I even had my router upgraded for free as well as my site visit (150 dollar fee) waived. The gentleman that assisted me was David Escalante. Give this man a raise!”
“This is an AT&T store where we received the best customer support ever. The credit should go to Mario. Hope there is only one Mario. We needed a new phone and my husband's iPhone was so old that there were several complications. It took forever to transfer data from his old phone to a new phone. We were there for more than three hours (painful long) but Mario was patient and kind to help us. While he was helping us, he continued to answers the questions from his colleague about other customers. There were several times a rush of customers coming in to the store, yet he stayed calm and attentive to ever in the store. Thank you, Mario!!!”
