This UPS store is to be avoided as you can see from other reviews. The manager there couldn’t be more rude and unprofessional. He was a complete bully to me. I have had several encounters with him now. I am disgusted and plan on reporting him to UPS franchise corporation.

I needed a big item shipped and was trying to reduce the cost as much as I possibly could. I had no idea how much shipping prices were and I was about to lose the sale of a purchase due to costs being so high. Cole provided me with the most exceptional customer service and beyond exceeded my expectations. Not only did I get what I needed shipped, but it was way more cost effective than I could have ever imagined.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the UPS Store in Dana Point and I'm thrilled to give it a 5-star review. The staff there is consistently friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant one. What impressed me the most was the efficiency of their service; I was in and out in no time. Having tried other UPS stores in the area, I can confidently say that the Dana Point location is the best. If you're looking for a top-notch UPS store, this is definitely the one to choose.

The manager and the lady working there are very rude. Very Unfriendly .I will never come back to this store.Go somewhere else to nicer people.

The manager working today was feeling rude. As soon as I walk in without even hello, he says that my Amazon return was not good because my box was not taped closed. I asked if I could borrow their tape to close the box and laughed in my face, he said "I can charge you to put tape on it. So I took the unit out of the box and he said no you have to leave it in the box. My box is kind of thrashed from how I opened it so I asked "will you put a new box in it for the charge to or us or are you just charging me for the tape?" His immediate reply was "I don't need the sarcasm. You can go somewhere else" and kicked me out. I'm not one for confrontation so I just left. Even if I didn't say anything, I'd be concerned, my product would be returned to Amazon.Safe to say, I'll return my Amazon products through different means other than UPS

The owner and lead female and condescending and consistently rude. multiple times and over multiple years they are just mean and refuse to treat their customers with common courtesy

Everytime I have come to this UPS store there's a gentleman who is so condescending and so belittling in his tone I will never come here again Yes maybe I should have seen on the label that I had to print the label but everything he says is just dripping with disdain and it's just rude and it's no customer service to talk to somebody like they're an idiot and he's done this on multiple occasions with not only me but also my employer. He needs to learn what customer service is because he has none.

Don’t come here within an hour of closing unless you want to be treated with very little patience. Showed up at 5:10 (they close at 6) and I asked them to print a shipping label I had in photo form. Banners all over the store saying they offer printing, yet they couldn’t figure out how to print a simple photo. I’m baffled. I then converted it to a PDF. They still struggled, but Xando stuck with it and thankfully he figured it out. Super bad vibes from the manager, he made me feel bad for even being there. I will stick to my local UPS in Laguna Beach where they are all smiles.

As you can see from the other reviews, this business is one to avoid. The manager Wade is extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ll be filing a complaint with UPS corporate office letting them know how poorly their franchise is being represented.
