Absolutely the worst birthday flower arrangement. Asked for happy and bright colors like an arrangement in their website and the arrangement looked like for a funeral! Used for two years and been ok but this year was terrible. Don’t use them. Not professional staff and do not communicate with customer on delivery confirmation. Will not use them again. Paid over $300 and looks like $100 maybe at best.

Just the best little flower shop. Browne’s is lovey and always has a great selection. The flowers always last weeks and it’s super fun getting to pick/build your own bouquets. The florists are always super kind and friendly as well. Highly recommend checking this little shop out!!

I always get flowers weekly and the arrangement are nice…...but when I ordered corsage for my daughter. This was a JOKE I got charged $60 for this. I’m not happy or satisfied. The roses are tiny.

Always love getting my flowers from this cute shop! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and I love supporting a small business instead of going to the grocery store. Cannot recommend Browne’s enough!

I have supported Browne's for years and something has unfortunately changed in the last year as far as customer service. After my experience today I will never be back. I own a small business as well and know the importance of being polite, courteous, and gracious to your customers. I come in to Brownes frequently to purchase flowers (as well as my family for the last 30+ years as my mom went to school with the owner) and the majority of the employees (5 girls working) were unbelievably rude today. Not one of the girls outside made eye contact or acknowledged my presence as I walked around searching for flowers for my store. I finally went inside and asked the tall brunette at the register (she was sweet) about a few particular flowers close to the door, which the pregnant woman with an accent overheard, scoffed at me and said "NO" to every flower I asked about. She was incredibly rude and acted as if I was disturbing them by wanting to buy flowers. You would think you would want to assist people who are supporting your company but it seems as though they don't care. There are plenty of flower shops in town that appreciate our business and I will choose to support them instead.

Whatever the occasion, Browne's Flowers in Dana Point is the best place to order floral arrangements. Friendly staff, wide assortment of flower varieties, and last-minute gift items. I have used them for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Anniversary, and other special occasions. Call them first, you won't be disappointed.

Came here on several occasions, flowers are sub par quality. I dealt with the quality because I would rather support local businesses than buy flowers from large corporations.. I came today on Feb. 4th 2024 @ 5:55PM and parked in the back, before I could even lock the doors of my car a young lady came out of the shack telling me they're closed in a rude way. 5:55pm isn't closing time, google says 6:30pm and yelp says 7pm. It's a flower shop not a restaurant where you would have to close the kitchen early, I get the young lady's want to go home but there's no need for them to close their doors so early and be rude about it when someone comes expecting you to be open for business. Last time I ever think about buying their over priced low quality flowers.

Came here on a Sunday looking for some flowers for my mothers birthday, I was greeted and helped by Mackey, she was very attentive and knowledgeable with any questions. I ended up purchasing 2 dozen roses and some greenery. Can I just say how beautifully wrapped these flowers came out?! Will definitely return for any future occasions. Thank you Mackey for all your help!

I stopped by to pick up a bouquet for a friend who's brother suddenly died. I gave my price range, and the young lady was very helpful in selecting some white blue and yellow flowers and arranged a very pretty bouquet. However, I was very surprised when she was just was going to hand it to me with a rubber band around the stems, no paper or anything else around the flowers like I've had it every other Florist I've been to. I asked about paper and a ribbon and was told that that would cost two dollars more. Really? I was kind of surprised by that, seems sort of nitpicky for a bouquet that was more than $50. I would think that would be cost of doing business, instead of nickel and diming the customer.

I think they have the best quality flowers around. Very nice, accommodating people that know their stuff. I let them know we were giving them to someone that had pets (cats) and they worked around what was available so we don't get the pets sick.

I recently ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and Brown’s came through again. She said it was the most beautiful bouquet she has ever received and I must agree. Lush and beautiful, Brown’s gave great service, value and superb design. This photo was taken 4 days after the delivery. Still fresh and improving each day.
