I have been using Kenny’s New Star Moving Services for the past two years. It was always a great experience to work with the manager Tina and her team. Tina is super nice and knows what she is doing. She organized the move very well and the price was unbeatable. Tina’s crews were working extremely hard and were professional. They arrived on time with all the equipment and supplies needed for the move. I had a lot of stuff to move and a two hours driving distance but the company crew did an excellent job to complete the move without any damage in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend Kenny's New Star Moving Services.

Just finished a partial move into storage to accommodate a home renovation project. Kenny was responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. Arrangements all made over text and phone. This AM he sent us a truck and two strong men with all the necessary equipment and expertise. They worked hard and efficiently, and the job is now done at a cost of less than I expected. We're very happy, and will use them to move our stuff back, HOPEFULLY in 6 months.

Super easy to book, fast, and affordable service. They wrapped all my items and moved them quickly down 3 stories into my new spot all before noon.

A very unprofessional business. Arrived three hours late. I called several times, and each time was told they were 10 minutes away. If you are going to be late, can you at least tell me that? I ended up staying, home waiting around needlessly. At the end of the move, one of the movers called his boss (I believe Kenny) and had him talk to me. He told me to tip each of his workers at least $10 per person, per hour, explaining to me it was customary to do so.

I’ve moved server times over my lifetime and this was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I do NOT recommend this mover. See my full review with reasons why below: 1. LATE (4+ hours late!): Scheduled my move with ***** 1 month in advance and the night before was told the truck was with the mechanic so they would be delayed from our 10am start to 12:30/1pm. When it was 12:30pm I got another call stating that they would actually arrive at 2:30pm. The movers finally arrived at 2:40pm. We were up til about 11pm cleaning up the mess and finishing the rest of the move. 2. SLOW/did not expect to pay this much: ***** estimated a 3 hour move for our small 1bd 550 sqft. apartment- the movers were slow and really took their time, in the end it took 5 hours. We packed our own boxes weeks ahead as we wanted to be as prepared as possible for this move and it still took this long. ***** said that the movers told him it was bc we had lots of furniture to disassemble. This was is correct as we only had the bed frame to disassemble; all other things were kept fully assembled. In fact, I actually removed the TV mount and one curtain rod on my own because the movers forgot to do this. 3. DAMAGES: prior to the move we agreed that all plants would be moved, the movers did not seem to be happy with this. Many of our plants were damaged, along with dirt spilling on our rug and tracking all over our new apartment as the movers moved us in. There was no carpet or blanket laid down to where the movers were walking so we cleaned the floors upon their departure. 4. FEE$$ +BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: the move was estimated to cost $65(gas fees)+ 3 hours at $95/hr. In the end we ended up paying for 5 hours. We still gave the movers a $100 tip for their hard work. After I spoke directly with ***** about our dissatisfaction, he said that he was thinking about offering us a discount...too late as it was requested that we pay in cash. If we were going to receive a discount he had 5 hours to offer that- this offer for a discount wasn't made until 10:30pm when our move was over. I'm feeling pretty swindled and am just glad it's all over with. I'd never use this service again. ***** even offered a 50% discount for future moves. But I would never use this service again even if it was half the price. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra and go with a company with more than 50 reviews and at least 4 stars NOT Kenny's.... Kenny's Movers were great! The team was awesome, they were punctual, communicative, hardworking and friendly. They did amazing job, from requesting a quote to scheduling the move, to working fast and dropping off the boxes they couldn't have been better. Not a single item was damaged as we are unpacking. They were amazing climbing up the hill to get to my apartments, as the road is too narrow, but they managed to get there maneuvering back up all the way! Everything was packaged and loaded carefully and they helped with assembling the furniture. Totally it took roughly 6 hours to move a 1 br apartment and most of time was spent for wrapping and the furniture. The price was fair considering the amount of work, which was done exemplary. Would definitely recommend this company and use it in the future.

Kenny's Movers did a great job! I must be lucky, as my second move in a row went smoothly thanks to the movers. They were easy to book, professional and efficient. The manager was responsive and provided a competitive quote. They were able to schedule my move when it was most convenient for me, so I decided to go with them. On the day of the move a team of three showed up in masks and got to work right away. They worked diligently throughout the day, carefully packed and loaded everything on truck. All of them worked as a dream team, were positive and full of energy. I love working in such conditions, everything goes smoothly than. So the move was as easy as it could be. When we arrived everything was unloaded and placed where we asked them to. They didn't leave any plastic and helped to reassemble the furniture. I'm glad I found Kenny's Movers. They provided excellent service without any hidden business.

Definitely one of the best moving services on the city and I don't regret a bit I trusted them all my belongings once. It was a short distance move but I'm pretty sure they could handle even a long distance move. Their attitude towards their job and customers is remarkable. Polite and decent tough men but they do their job very carefully not to damage the stuff. I checked everything twice and there were no new scratches and all this sht. We had a phone call at the beginning and they got everything right so there were not any delays in the process neither. I already recommended them to some of my pals and they moved without any problems. Reasonable choice to have your life moved to other place without pointless overcharging I think.

I hired Kenny's for a last minute move and they were great. They showed up on time and worked hard. They did a great job wrapping everything with blankets and wrap. I didn't need quite so much wrapping since everything was just going in my garage while I had floors redone and painting. So just be sure you want a lot of wrapping, or be sure to tell them if you don't want wrapping. They will do whatever you ask! Great workers. They did upcharge me from $85/hr for 2 guys posted on craigslist when I called to $95/hr but I was pretty desperate to get movers the next morning, and $95 was similar to other movers price, so I was ok paying the extra.

It was completely reasonable to choose Kenny's New Star moving when I helped my sis to move to SF with all her stuff and you know there were lots of them. These guys handled her moving easily and without any efforts. I understood immediately that they knew what they were doing, they were loading and packing everything fast and kind of professionally so I wasn't worried about it at all. It was easy to reach out and arrange the moving and it was easier just to watch how they load everything in the truck. The distance wasn't long yeah, but in the end all the stuff was moved to the point of destination and without any damage to it. That's the most important I guess in such cases. By the way, while we were looking for a moving company Kenny's prices were more reasonable and competitive than others offered to us so we're glad we chose them in the end.

Had to move urgently during COVID-19 and was beyond impressed with Kenny's movers, as they made the whole experience seamless. Called them in the evening and at 9 am two days later the crew arrived and started helping me move as soon as they walked through the threshold. They worked efficiently and even though the move was across the city they packaged all of our items carefully, asking questions to make sure they were doing everything in the way and order that we wanted. Also appreciated how properly they followed covid precautions to make us feel safe (they wore masks properly, the truck and boxes to carry our stuff were clean and fresh). The estimate was accurate without any extra fees or shady business. Hope not to be in need of moving services in the nearest future, but would highly recommend this company!

These are hands down the best movers I have ever used. I have moved with them previously and this one was the second time. Their team has been friendly and courteous each time I have worked with them. Though I've gotten different groups of movers I always had a positive experience and they were always respectful and kind. They were highly skilled, very fast, and extremely efficient. My experience really was incredible. They did all of the packing, loading, moving, and furniture assembly that I needed. I had no damage to my belongings either. I feel like that's pretty much unheard of when you're doing a long distance move. After having so positive experiences there's no one else I would use for a move. Thank you guys for your job! Keep it up!

My friend used them to pack a POD and they were reckless. They packed food from his freezer in with the dishes, knowing that is was going on a cross country move. The food went rancid and stunk up the entire POD. They clearly don't care about their customer's belongings.
