I have been to this facility several times and they are the best. They were on time attentive to my needs and would highly reccomend this clinic to anyone who needs emergency care rather than the ER. The staff is awesome everytime Ive gone there which is like 3 times. Thank you all for such awesome service. Happy New Year.......

This place is small and has no privacy. They should have a form to fill out for visits vs asking you over the counter what your symptoms are in the open lobby. It’s like common sense. The prices also are way too high for out of pocket expenses for those who don’t have insurance.

They all are very competent! Kevin at the front desk is outstanding. Very kind and competent. I have limited mobility and he was a great help.

After vomiting several times throughout the day and completely unable to keep clear liquids down an advice nurse told me I should go to an urgent care facility. She said that I was dehydrated and that I would need an IV. Thankfully my husband was able to book an appointment for me online at Dignity Health. When I arrived I told the front desk person I had an appointment and I was asked to wait outside. I was too weak to stand and as a result ended up sitting on the curb in the parking lot. Eventually I was able to sit inside. I was relieved when a doctor called my name and waved me over to speak. I told her my symptoms and she confirmed I would need an IV.She then said they were not set up to provide that service and that I would need to go to an ER. I burst into tears. Weak, fragile and frustrated I mustered all my energy to get to this urgent care. I didn't have the strength to go and sit in an ER and wait for hours. I struggled to even request an Uber home.Later that evening a family friend who is a nurse asked me if the doctor prescribed anything for my nausea. I said no. The doctor did not check my vitals, did not offer any medication or advice other than to tell me I needed to go to the ER. There was no medical care or treatment given at all.I am not a person who brings race into the equation but as a black woman I know that statistically the level of care we receive is less. In this instance I felt completely dismissed and VERY UPSET. I will always wonder if I was white would something else have been done to help me. I was too weak to ask questions and advocate for myself this time. Thankfully I recovered.

My daughter recommended me to you company. I would recommend this specific facility to my family & friends, with a definite 10! Thank you!The nursing staff were friendly & professional. They were accommodating making sure I was seen as soon as possible. I'd definitely give them a 10!My provider was awesome! He saw my problem & immediately diagnosed it with such efficiency. He explained what was going on with my foot, what proper foods to eat in the future, and prescribed the medication needed. He made me at ease & made me understand everything with ease. Thank you for your personable treatment. I definitely rate you a 10 with high recommendations from me.

The staff and provider all had excellent bed side manners. They made the process simple and easy for me. I would use their services again in the future and highly recommend to friends and family.

The doctor and wait staff at this urgent care were horrible!!! Doctor didn’t even know we were waiting in the room!! And the nurse or whoever she was said that since she didn’t “room” us, that she had nothing to do with us. And that someone else had an emergency so we had to wait. What if I had an emergency??? They had no idea we were even in the room!!! They all should not be working there let alone taking care of patients. Is this urgent care???? Obviously not.

I felt like royalty entering this professional establishment. My door was opened with generous hospitality, Kevin got me an appointment scheduled with ease!It was an honor to have Doctor F. Operate on me, had a (FB) in some soft tissue removed, like a lion with a thorn in it's paw, I am free again. Thank you all for what you do. These are heroes we as a society need to be thankful for on a daily basis.Thank you!

One star for being easy to get in, the guy at the front desk was nice. The doctor I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very informative. She spent a lot of time explaining things to me in great detail. The visit cost me $60, took up about three hours of my time. The only thing they accomplished was to piss me off, ADMITTEDLY, from their errors. The PA spent two minutes with me for two problems. He said I didn’t have a UTI, but prescribed medication for it anyway. I asked if they could do a culture to make sure. He said ‘sure, if you want to’.Said my rash was ‘fungal’. Prescribed a cream.Took an hour at the pharmacy because he forgot one of the prescriptions. When I called to get the prescription, the phone rang for three minutes. Finally, a Dignity Health call center answered. Said they would tell the local office I was waiting at the pharmacy. When I finally got the medication, the cream was not nearly enough for treatment. So I had to call again....no answer. Sent a message on website. No returned call. The next morning I left another phone message with the nice guy at the front desk. That EVENING a super nice doctor called me. She said don’t even use the cream. She said if I actually have the diagnosis he gave me, I should have been prescribed an oral medication. Her words ‘I don’t know why you were prescribed this cream’. She they can’t identity every rash, so some doctors prescribe a cream and see if it helps. She said she couldn’t even give me the correct medicine because there was an interaction between it and another medication I take.Told me to see a dermatologistTotal WASTE OF TIME and MONEY.

I was taken by surprise that when I first entered the center, I saw a staff in hijab not wearing a mask. Her head was less than a foot away from the front desk staff (who was wearing a mask). She was very rude. Before I could finish my first sentence, she told me in a stern voice to go outside and wait. Apparently, they were helping another person at the time and they didn't want more than one person in the lobby at any given time. But I was more than six feet away from them, and the lobby was big. They could have put up a sign outside to let people know. And she could have been more courteous.Thank goodness, the other staff members were more on a friendly side, and they were helpful.

PLEASE please please Dignity Health, re-train staff on professionalism and respect. Being turned away for a impacted ear because your staff “doesn’t do that” is bewildering. Tammy Hufton NP is the reason why I will discontinue going here. She has no concern for her patients and is very rude and dismissive. I hope no person has the terrible luck of being serviced by her.

I'm giving 2 stars because my experience wasn't that great. I went in around December because I fell down the stairs at my gym and my foot was super swollen and hurt so bad. I was seen right away and they were very friendly. The doctor however looks at my swollen foot and says right away "you need to go to the hospital because your foot is broken and they need to pop the bone back into place." He didn't even take a x Ray... I was upset because I drove there myself and had to go to the hospital ER now to get it looked at. The thing is, I did go to the hospital afterwards, waited 2 hours, and they took an x ray and it was NOT broken! The doctor at this urgent care could've taken an x-ray and told me that, but I wasted a lot of time and money going to the hospital when I did not need to. The doctor here just looked at my foot and made an assumption that was not correct. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else.
