I had the pleasure of working with Pat from AT&T was a game-changer for tackling my iWatch syncing hiccup. Navigating the intricate process of switching my iWatch number sync from one device to another could have been a tech nightmare, but Pat handled it like a pro. For a solid 3-4 hours, he brought a chill vibe to the situation, staying cool and collected.What impressed me most was Pat’s tech-savvy finesse and how he seamlessly blended it with a customer-friendly approach. Instead of a stressful tech ordeal, it felt like troubleshooting with a friend who just happens to be a tech whiz. The guy deserves major props for not just solving the problem but doing it with a modern, customer-centric flair. Kudos to Pat – he’s the kind of support you want in the tech trenches.

I was just in this store with my husband. We waited for about 10 minutes. No one said hello or even acknowledged us. There were three people working. One seen us and went straight to the back. The other employee kept looking down not even trying to make eye contact. I finally got irritated and told my husband to let’s go. As soon as we walk out two other people come in and they were helped immediately. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Their customer service is horrendous. If I can give this store ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Horrible experience. Over 30 min wait, sales rep simply lies about mandatory insurance. Refuses to sell a phone without paying for 2 months of insurance. This is fraud, plain and simple.Sales people online clearly stated this should not be happening.

Went to this AT&T location and received great service. I had a complicated situation with my phone plan. An employee by the name of Ho Pan patiently took the time to resolve my issue and even helped me deal with customer service when I kept getting routed to the automated answering service. Would highly recommend this location.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the assistant manager and associates here. Andres and Anna have worked so hard and efficiently for us, as we have multiple devices and services. There is an amazing group vibe here. Honestly, I have grown weary and frustrated with AT&T over the years. Andres and Ana have restored my faith in their services. Thank you again!

My daughter and I visited to trade in a phone. Abdallah greeted us with a welcoming energy and jumped right in to assisting us. He was friendly, thorough, ensured all questions were answered and all of this help was peppered with a good sense of humor, kindness and professionalism. He was able to effectively converse with both of us (my daughter is 21) and speak to any concerns with the right level of information. I was so impressed, I will definitely be back as long as he is there (i'll call first - lol). AT&T has an excellent representative with Abdallah and anyone would be lucky to have him as an employee.

Adam was awesome!He was very helpful and very knowledgeable.He was able to save us a lot of money and he was able to get me and my mom the 25%Discount for doctors and I was able to get the first responder plan as well!!!

I went into the store two days in a row, to fix an issue with my iPhone that was defective. The second time that I went in the manager was able to help me, I believe his name was Jesse. He was very quick, and assured me that my problem would be taken care of, and it was, as I am talking and conversing with other people, they were working in the background with the problem of the phone. Also, the staff is really funny they are also, very kid friendly my son loves the staff. Overall I would say, yesterday was by far my best experience with AT&T within the last decade. The service was so good that I also decided not to cancel my lines if my problem could not be fixed.

Absolutely simple operations become a nightmare. I have ordered a new cell phone in the wrong color. AT&T customer service ensures me that I can easily be replaced in any AT&T store. Looks easy not for this store.First I have been hearing the story that some systems aren't working, the store is full of people and the system not working. Does anyone believe in it? The manager, not sure that the gentleman who talked to me was a manager, told me the story that he was out of stock for a business card and refused to give me even his name.Another AT&T did everything for me without a single question.

Abdallah was so kind and helpful, he fixed my SIM card error within minutes and we had wonderful conversation. I will definitely come to him the next time I need anything wireless related!

Recently went here and was helped by Adam he was very nice and walked me though all the options I had. I was bit nervous as I’ve had experiences with other salespeople but Adam was very transparent. I’ll be making it a point to check if he’s there before I come! Overall I’m really happy with my switch and new device.
