The people here are just plain lazy. Tried to come in for assistance and was straight up lied to in regards to authorized users. I was told I would have to have an authorized user login to the account to give me access however I was able to do it myself and I'm unauthorized. Why lie to your customers and make things harder? Sad. Never coming into this store.

Michael KILLED IT! Super understanding about me losing my phone and just wanting to get in and out. No pressure sale and left me feeling like I wasn’t a complete moron for losing my phone. 10/10 service bud!

We talked to Iyana at this store back in November and I wish I would have stuck to my gut. She had no knowledge of the phones and came off as if she was under the influence or something. I can't tell you how many times she said "sorry, I'm out of it today" when trying to do the simplest task and then laughing it off. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because it was towards the end of the day and I figured maybe she was just tired. We stuck it out because we needed new phones and hoped to take care of it before the end of the year. The phones were on back order for 3-4 weeks, so they said they'd call us when they came in. 1 month later still no phone call and almost impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store. Finally went back in today (2 months later) to find out that the phones had come in but no one contacted us. To make matters worse, Iyana quoted us bad information that the manager said they could not honor so we went from a $1660 discount for 2 phones to a $400 discount. I was not impressed with the customer service from the manager once he realized his employee totally screwed us and wasted our time. Won't be coming back to this location.

Hi I came into the office, and Adrian was very helpful. He told me all the great deals they have for Black Friday. I am now considering replacing my phone today with a Google pixel because with financing it is very doable.

Hi: I have been a loyal verizon customer for over 10 years with 4 lines paying over $200 per month for service. I recently went into this Verizon store for help transferring data from my old iphone to a recently purchased Verizon new iphone. There were five sales reps just standing around talking with no one else in the store. I asked for help since and they refused to help or look at the phone unless I paid them $40. This is lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT purchase any phones from this store as they will charge you for help! However they are quick to sell you phones and service but once you purchase there is no assistance unless you pay them a ransom fee. Because of this situation I will be returning my new iphone and going with a different carrier. I guess Verizon just lost a loyal customer!

The young lady that helped me was super friendly, and went far above what I expected in her way of helping me. I will definitely be going back to the store and looking to do business with her again. She was extremely pleasant, and Verizon is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

The staff is friendly, very professional, helping me going through steps to set up new phone, explaining clearly the plan,and monthly service fee. I am glad and pleased with the store services.
