I went into the branch to get stuff out of my safe deposit box. Lupe did not help me, was rude, and not accommodating. When I said I was late for my appointment she did not ask what my appointment was for and said I would have to reschedule. Her customer service was terrible. She had no willingness to help and turned me away. I couldn't even access my safe deposit box. Now I received a letter that said said come get my safe deposit box. That's what I was trying to do !!! Luckily I am able to get there and reschedule. Lupe is someone who puts up a barrier. If I was elderly I might not be able to come back any time soon. Bank of America customer service puts up barriers. They are worse than Wells Fargo, that's saying a lot!!! Needless to say I am taking my business elsewhere.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Bank of America recently, and I must say that it was a truly disheartening encounter. The teller I encountered, Large Norma, left me utterly dismayed and frustrated.First and foremost, let me express my disappointment with her customer service skills. Large Norma not only failed to greet me with a warm welcome but instead took on an attitude of being "large and in charge," as if her size somehow justified her condescending behavior. When I handed her my cash deposit, she had the audacity to ask me to count the cash myself next time as if she is doing me a favor this time?! ! I mean, isn't that part of her/his/it's/their job?What's even more astonishing is that she went on to threaten that she would refuse service to me in the future. I couldn't believe my ears! I thought banks were supposed to encourage customers to make cash deposits to help with liquidity problems. Instead, Bank of America seems to have hired employees who not only lack basic courtesy but also fail to appreciate the very customers who keep them in business.In my frustration, I tried to bring this matter to the attention of another employee, but my concerns fell on deaf ears. This individual dismissed my request to file a complaint against Large Norma, defending her actions as if they were commendable. I couldn't help but wonder if the bank's management is aware of the caliber of employees they have on staff.Large Norma, you had one job - count the money, put it in my account, and go back to eating your large pepperoni breakfast. It's truly disheartening to see that even this simple task was beyond your capabilities. I hope Bank of America takes this review as an opportunity to reevaluate the competence and customer service skills of its employees. My experience has left me with no choice but to reconsider my banking options after 22 years of being a loyal customer, I am moving and taking my business & the cash Large Norma doesn't want to count " by putting the money in a machine that counts for her". Oh Well, my account with 100K is going to CitiBank and I will demand BOA counts my bills for me and gives me all 50's just to make them earn their pay. Bye Felicia! I mean Norma!

Opened my account at B of A 21 years ago. I'm a preferred customer with several accounts. However I have been unsuccessful 6 times now at this location and also 2 times at another location to get any help regarding my banking experience. Their is a severe lack of staff and absolutely no customer service. Currently in the process of terminating all my banking with bof a I recommend banking elsewhere.

On Tuesday my daughter and granddaughter and i enjoyed a very informative appointment with Peter Ibrahim,Our initial intent was to open several savings accounts which he cared for very professionally but in addition he provided Important financial information related to the 13 checking and savings accounts I have and due to his input I intend to transfer funds into the Bank of America 12 month promotional rate account. Peter also possesses a very friendly but professional attitude and he is a definite positive asset for your branch!!!!! I have been a customer of Bank of America since 1955 when my wife was employed as a Bank of America employee in the downtown Los Angeles branch assigned to the trust department! Ron Kington

The branch manager Lupe is a complete waste of air. I don't understand how they could allow such an incompetent human to run a branch. Truly mind blowing. There was zero customer service and she did absolutely nothing help me with my issue. She is very rude and treated me like I was trash.

I see lots of reviews on long lines. That hasn't been my experience but I do come early morning. I like this branch better than the one across from the Cerritos mall. Yvette is a great loans consultant. We've been with her for over 7 years. Yvette calls and follows up.,

The wait time to see a teller at this branch can be rediculously long and that was the case today. T went there today and there were about 5 people ahead of me in line but i saw they had 3 teller windows open so I stayed. After I got to the 4th position in line, however, one teller left, leaving 2 tellers. Well, as luck would have it, They had two tellers being tied up by people who took forever. One was an elderly lady who seemed to have problems understanding what she needed to transact business at the bank. I don't fault her, however, as I will eventually be like her when I get older. I do fult the bank manager, however, who did not direct other personnel to man another teller window to speed things up. By the time I finished, it appeared that there were 12, maybe 15 people in line behind me. I sold my B of A stock after my previous visit here because I don't a bank with crappy service like this is likely to succeed. Comparatively my credit union visits are very fast.

Beware using the ATM machine. My wife card got hacked on 02/25/2022 or they say her card was clone by a skimmer electric card device at these ATM location. Date 02/25/2022 at 2316 hours my wife and I are at home watching a show. $660 was taken and left a $1.00 in her account. Me and my wife will be heading to this bank location to speak to manager on Monday to video footage. Please wiggle the key pad and the inserts card section to make sure they are intact.

I understand that you have to adjust business hours in the pandemic, but it's bazaar that you don't publish your adjusted hours and just left your customers to go there again and again to meet a closed door. After so many attempts, I closed my accounts. Left Bank of America for good.

The most useless group of monkeys I've ever encountered. I came in asking for a copy of my transactions history with the bank stamp for my mortgage lender but they refused to give it to me no matter how I tried to explain it. I then went to another branch where they had no issues providing me one, it took them less than 2 mins to complete my request.

My husband had his EDD deposited in B of A by the state and received a prepaid debit card. He saved his EDD as we are seniors and had $27000. Someone perpetrated fraud they created a online account, and transfered all his money out. Since they created a online account and created the online account it was their password all information was sent to them not us . My husband went to the bank on October 24 to withdraw money and had a zero amount. Called the bank and started a claim. He was told wait 45 days , they denied the claim so called again got a police report faxed to the bank still waiting, this is to much money to give up. The problem is every time you call you get someone in a different state very upsetting .Do not recommend this banking system.

No wonder this branch only has two stars. It's also the only one that's open right now during the flu Rona. And I walk in to open a joint account after having premier accounts with BoFA and I'm told that I have to schedule an appointment to do it. Worst service ever becoming the worst bank ever

Tried to close my account, and they said somebody will help soon. Somebody came and she couldn't do that because of no appointment. So ridiculous, why they made me open the account very easily and made it difficult to close my account by myself ??. She gave me client service phone number, which will make me creasy as I should wait long to call, and to transfer many different departments for closing, right?.. No client service at all by client service department.

I work for this location and seeing that we have a 2 rating is very disappointing. I thrive in giving our clients excellent service and do my best to help everyone with or without and appointment. I've been doing this for 10 years and definitely give my all. I really hope that more people post there positive experiences for this location. I know I speak for my colleagues and myself. That we give 100%.
