alright i like spending money in cypress because i'm from here but this ampm has false advertisement they posted a deal for tall cans, 2 for $6.79 with the ampm club scanwhen it rang up, it kept saying $8.48she then made my boyfriend prove to her that the sign existed. like don't you work here? shouldn't you know?so then we show her the sign. then she says it's the only the exact cans that are on the sign. i then showed her the sign which said or family of cans. then she finally said the promo doesn't work.yes it was only $2.. but it's the principle rue!!!! why are you advertising something that you're not honoring? 7/11 is papa john's and this ampm is dominos if you get what i'm saying

in-storeI was here few days ago. I was reviewing my card transactions, usually once a week bc I travel? There was a small charge by"tesoro in-store, from San Antonio, Tx" ...I know I wasn't in TX this week so I called american express to initiate monitoring. My question is, has anyone noticed this on their card when using this arco station? I tried to call the station, but noone picks up phone. I haven't had chance to go back to arco.

Nadia is awesome! I went around to multiple am pm locations looking for jalapeno corndogs for my niece. Whether or not I found them is one thing but the customer service at each location was so cold, rude, or unhelpful. I get to this location and happen to find it which is great, but what I really appreciated is that Nadia was so kind, friendly, and welcoming ! She had such a positive demeanor which I didnt see at many other locations. I'll definitely be coming back here!

Came here to get lottery tickets, staff is nice and friendly and the location is easy to access, prices are reasonable on gas and snacks. Good place to pick things up if you are in a hurry.

John the cashier is extremely rude. He is short tempered, has zero customer service skills, not friendly & has an attitude every single time you ask him for anything- which is the exact opposite of customer service. This is not someone who I would want to be the first impression of the store. I will not be returning and neither will my family.

Generally a clean Arco station conveniently located, that has fair prices and a generally pleasant staff. My only complaint relates to the squeegees and the water. Wiping down my windows is something I do oftentimes when gassing up, as I work near an area under construction and they get dusty after a day in a nearby parking lot. Their squeegees have very short handles, so its hard to get a full wipe without leaning against and over your car - not cool in work clothes. And a few of the squeegees are on their last leg, one of which has the sponge hanging half way off. The squeegee situation is made worse by the fact that they obviously don't clean out the water receptacles frequently enough. The water smells mildly like a sewer on occasion. Besides the squeegee disgustingness, it's a good overall station.

BE CAREFUL - This store Charges $1 for Credit Card & 50 CENT for Debit Card at this store.....Go Seven Eleven nearby where they do not charge......

I love this place! It's clean and has all the candy you want at midnight. The people working there always have a smile on their face regardless of the hour you walk in. The gas is also priced well which adds a bonus to my midnight snack trips.

I am a regular customer here (early morning fill up at #1 pump:) but today I had rather unpleasant experience because the clerk incorrectly counted my money (I handed him $15 as two $5 bills two $1 bills and 12 quarter dollars). When the poorly lit pump stopped at $14, I went inside trying to figure out what happened. After some weak denial in front of the customers (I named all money I paid, because I always counting them), the clerk resumed the pump and I finally got filled up. I sincerely hope the clerk made this error because he was busy thinking about global problems or new cosmogenic theory or perhaps discovering a new cancer treatment medicine. On the other hand, what will happen to me if I would pick $1 worth of merchandise from the store shelf and leave without paying?? All Cypress PD with NBC4 news reporter would be there:)

I am mainly reviewing the Smog Pro attached to the AM/PM gas station...Alex is the owner, I think, and he is just the best! We have been taking our cars to him for a few years now, and have NEVER had any kind of issue. Alex is so nice, explains what needs to be done, gives an estimate of costs (very fair), and sticks to what he quotes. You can't beat that! He has never tried to talk us into doing something that really didn't need to be done, and all the repairs have been A+! Love this place!

This station is a perfect example of the most horrifying customer service ever!! I have lived in this area my entire life and and have spent, undoubtedly, thousands upon thousands of dollars at this station. I have had many interactions with personnel there (later to learn it was the owner!!) That were unprofessional, unpleasant and downright RUDE!! As of late, they have risen to new heights by hiring a young man with a smug look on his face and a smug attitude to match. I have visited there twice in the last month while purchasing gas asking to use the restroom and was told I could not because it was being remodeled. This bathroom was remodeled last year and is in current use. When I tell him that he tells me he doesn't have the key? I will drive around and out of my way to ANY other gas station from now on. Arco..if this is the kind of Franchisee you endorse..you just lost a 35 year customer! Good job!

I have been visiting this Am/Pm location for some time, it recently changed ownership. My opinion it is poorly managed, first the manager and employees park their vehicles in slots that should be reserved for customers, it is not kept as tidy as the previous owner. The employees can't seemed to figure out how to get the napkins in the dispensers correctly. The coffee dispensers are sometimes empty and coffee is not always hot. I have visited other Stores Am/Pm stores in the area and they are much better managed and clean and Neat. Hope they take this review as a helpful suggestion, I know they can do better!
