Absolutely one of the worst Whole Foods locations with even worse customer service. Folks that work here have an attitude problem, not sure if this stems from lack of training or just lack of respect for customers. This is especially true for the people that work at the Amazon return section. They don't greet customers and will also give you that "I know it all" attitude when you ask a question. This is not the first time this happened, so from now on I suggest taking your Amazon returns elsewhere. The "convenience" is not enough to get treated like trash by these people. Other departments are the same. So far, I've not met one worker here that excel in customer service. Avoid and shop elsewhere!

I was checking out at the self-checkout counter and I needed the woman standing by the checkout counter to log in to give me bag credit, I brought 5 bags with me. She then questioned why I would need 5 bags to bag my groceries?? Excuse me?! I just spent $116 at WholeFoods and got interrogated as to why I needed so many bags? These were bags that I brought to the store. Was this Whole Foods team member not encouraging customers to bring their bags? Was she expecting me to crush my eggs with the oranges? Or put my loaf of family sourdough bread with the frozen goods that I bought? This incident happened on 2/28 at 10:10am. This woman should not be working in the front dealing with customers. She should be working in the back. When I left the store, I turned to her and showed her that I Indeed needed that many bags and her response was "OK". She almost wanted to roll her eyes on me.

Love their cookies, donut section. Their pizzas are good too! They're a little expensive than other supermarkets but I mostly go there for the cookies! Also their payment is pretty easy as we can activate the amazon palm payment thing. The ambiance is lively and the staff is friendly!

This is for people that go food shopping for the food shopping experience. The prices are exorbitant, and is very crowded, but the service and the quality of product is top-notch.

This is to bring attention to one of your unfriendly staff in the meat area. I went in today (1/24/2024 around 4:15PM PT) to get a whole chicken cut into pieces, and this is my first time getting this from whole foods. However, I was served by a rude and impatient staff. The following questions are all I have asked: 1) could I get a whole chicken cut into pieces; 2) what types of cut you have (because he asked how I would like the cut); 3) how long will it take (because I want to grab the beef near by real quick when he’s cutting); 4) No chicken head, you could toss that away (because he set aside a piece of meat earlier and was trying to put it into the bag, and from a distance it looked like a chicken head to me). I think these are all normal questions that could have been answered easily and in a straightforward way, but he kept giving me some major attitude (condescending tone) and lecturing (such as “we have half cut, cut into large pieces, cut into small pieces, YOU HAVE TO SPECIFY” when he answered my how many different cuts question), and as the “conversation” continues he even pointed a chicken head to me and said something like “this is a chicken head, the whole chicken did not have a head”, like I’m some dumb customer that has never seen a chicken. It eventually became a bit of heated / loud argument, and I believe some other staff in the meat area had notice this as well. Had I got more time today and not need to hit the road asap, I would go talk to the store manager about this. This is a very disappointing experience especially coming from whole foods. Had you wish to investigate further, I have attached the package label and receipt to this review.

I bought a cut, washed and ready to eat fruit container, ate a few pieces of fruit and then found a dead insect inside. This is a serious health code violation and should not be happening at any grocery store, much less a Whole Foods. I am now experiencing mild stomach issues 1 day after consuming this unsafe product.Additionally, my experience with the store’s customer service has been very unsatisfactory - when calling the store, the representative said he could only offer a refund. When I came into the store the following day, Windy, was quite condescending and unhelpful, offering only a $25 gift card as an “appeasement gift”. Still waiting on an acceptable response from management at Whole Foods Cupertino

This is my local whole foods market. It is managed extremely well. All the employees there are helpful and courteous. I regret that the prices are higher than what I pay at Safeway or Walmart, but still sharp their occasionally.

Good fresh produce but sometimes items are rotten and not taken off the shelf when expiry of items hit.
