According to Google, the Rite Aid website, and the sign on the door, the store is supposed to open at 8am (on weekdays, with the pharmacy opening at 9am). Well, I got there at 8:30 today, a Monday and not a holiday, and it was still closed. Gate was still down at the door and everything.

Mortified!! I was having a nice shopping experience and went to check out , when it can time to pay I kept trying to use the tap option and there was an issue. I realized that the bank was trying to verify my transactions so I approved it through my Bank of America app. The original cashier asked to help another person and I said it was ok and I waited until they were finished but her manager came over to help me instead because she was up there because the original cashier also needed her help with the new customer she was helping. The manager then turns to help me and the original cashier yells "I tried to use her card like 5 times and it was declined declined declined!" I was so embarrassed! I turned to her and told her that it wasn't and that I needed to approve the transaction because it looked like fraud by spending $200 in Rite aid! I was humiliated! Please have better customer service before you help the next person. None the less my transaction went through smoothly once I clicked approve on my cell phone. I won't be shopping there again.

Signed up for a COVID booster. On the phone setting the appointment, they said I could get the upgraded shot and an oral flu vaccine, so as not to have two shots at the same time.At the appointment, they told me it was NOT THE NEW UPGRADE and that there was NO ORAL FLU vaccine! Took the two shots anyway, since I was already there. Also, they set the appointment at the wrong Rite Aid pharmacy! I managed to get to the right place in time since I went very early just in case.And the staff was RUDE.GO ELSEWHERE!

It's nice that I am able to pick up my medication up to 9pm. But this time around, they had to order my medication, which I thought was odd. That prescription was sent in last week. They are normally on top of it, so it's super strange.

I love all of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs. I go here often and they always remember me. I get greeted with smiles every time! It's also convenient they have a drive-thru

This review is for the Rite Aid Pharmacy department. I was referred to a Hispanic pharmacist with glasses, who was speaking on the phone while in the pharmacy department. Okay... that's fine. Unfortunately, the pharmacist was on her lunch break at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the Cupertino Rite Aid location. Wow, late lunch! I was asked to wait from 5:30 to 6:50. In addition, the Hispanic pharmacist said, "Please wait for 5 to 10 more minutes." Sorry... this is not okay. How long have your customers been waiting? Around One Hour and Thirty Minutes in person. I think it is time for a Rite Aid Pharmacy staffing policy change. Hire better and more staff to better assist your customers. Your customers' needs are not met.

The hours are inconvenient, as the store closes earlier these days. It's so hard to get the pharmacy technician to come out and answer my general prescription questions. There aren't Enough staff to help customers locate items. Lines can get long too. Will go to a different pharmacy.

Horrible! Run away from this place. I went there to get covid-19 booster shoot. The pharmacist is unprofessional and rude. Is not ok and extremely unprofessional to ask out loud what is your medical condition.

WOST Covid Test spot... pharmacy is lazy, overweight, overwhelmed and rude. My appointment was for 2:45pm... I didn't take my test till 3:45pm and I paid my child care 5 a minute for 20 minutes because they're disorganized. Not only disorganized, but most of them sat around talking, drinking soda, and eating chips in front of the pharmacy window... while I had a 101 degree fever and wanted a test to go home and rest from. It took 3 days to get a test and I've had 3 before because of my career. Go anywhere but here. I'm contacting someone who will make sure theses sorry excuses for health care individuals will get better at their job or fired

Lisa at Rite-Aid Cupertino makes shopping a pleasure! She always has a smile, yes you can tell when someone is smiling under their mask :) Knows the store well, she let's you know if an item you typically purchase is on sale. Superior customer service! Sorry to hear she's moving away, hopefully Rite-Aid continues to keep her in their organization, she's an asset.

Not all but some of the employees here are plain lazy! I went in for ice cream with my kids and the ice cream freezer was fully stocked but the blonde woman cashier told the very nice Indian lady cashier " tell her no!, stick to it, no ice cream" I asked why? " she stated the freezer didn't work but but the ice creamers fully stocked and it looked perfectly fine , it seemed as she was making up excuses and not to sell ice cream, is it too much work for them? Anyways I was ticked off that it ruined my kids evening but then not wanting to sell us ice cream

Went for western union to withdraw money and their answer was simple no. Said that they don't have cash which is understandable. I also said that I can take checks and they simply said no. There is a well defined process for all western union locations to withdraw more than $300 but they choose not to get into the trouble of filing the paperwork. Please close the counter if you don't want to service the customers.

We went for flu shots. It took an HOUR! The store is clean and well lit, with good displays but if you need any human interaction, you're doomed. They had three people working but the store was not busy. We were the only customers. The employees don't seem motivated or interested. The flu shots required a lot of paperwork and it seemed to be handled inefficiently. The rest room must be unlocked. They called for someone to do that -- and nothing. Had to call again (and remember, we were just about the only customers.) Then I decided to buy some things and that transaction took 15 minutes because of coupons, unpriced merchandise not in the system, a register that kept needing to be reset and their retail system kept failing. Very odd. No idea how they stay in business.

This rating is for the pharmacy at this store.The lady who assist people to pick up your prescription is so rude and unprofessional. She totally ignored me, when I was trying to ask her a question.I would not recommend this place.
