Terrible location for the project baseline Covid test. They have no idea How to manage the drive thru. We're just stuck here. Useless customer service.

Not all but some of the employees here are plain lazy! I went in for ice cream with my kids and the ice cream freezer was fully stocked but the blonde woman cashier told the very nice Indian lady cashier " tell her no!, stick to it, no ice cream" I asked why? " she stated the freezer didn't work but but the ice creamers fully stocked and it looked perfectly fine , it seemed as she was making up excuses and not to sell ice cream, is it too much work for them? Anyways I was ticked off that it ruined my kids evening but then not wanting to sell us ice cream

Went for western union to withdraw money and their answer was simple no. Said that they don't have cash which is understandable. I also said that I can take checks and they simply said no. There is a well defined process for all western union locations to withdraw more than $300 but they choose not to get into the trouble of filing the paperwork. Please close the counter if you don't want to service the customers.

We went for flu shots. It took an HOUR! The store is clean and well lit, with good displays but if you need any human interaction, you're doomed. They had three people working but the store was not busy. We were the only customers. The employees don't seem motivated or interested. The flu shots required a lot of paperwork and it seemed to be handled inefficiently. The rest room must be unlocked. They called for someone to do that -- and nothing. Had to call again (and remember, we were just about the only customers.) Then I decided to buy some things and that transaction took 15 minutes because of coupons, unpriced merchandise not in the system, a register that kept needing to be reset and their retail system kept failing. Very odd. No idea how they stay in business.

This rating is for the pharmacy at this store. The lady who assist people to pick up your prescription is so rude and unprofessional. She totally ignored me, when I was trying to ask her a question.I would not recommend this place.

It's disappointing that this store has reduced its hours substantially. That makes it hard for people who work late hours to drop by to pick up their prescriptions, or to buy something in the first aid department. We live close by too. They also need to hire more people at the cash register. Waiting in line takes a while, even if it's just to buy a small item. They do have a good selection of health supplements. Mine are always in stock. I would continue coming here, but I hope that the hours will resume to normal soon.

Five stars for Umeshna the pharmacy technician who works at this location's pharmacy. She was so sweet, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about the customers she interacted with.

Horrible pharmacist, I have a sick child and my Rx was in the in basket and she takes off to lunch and then decides to take 45 min lunch instead of 30 and Manager of store says she can't do anything to help me. She has had other complaints but obviously the store doesn't care that the customer is sick needs medication but her lunch needs are more important. Whatever happened to the good old days when the customer comes first I would have taken her all of three minutes to fill the prescription but knew she had to take her lunch because she didn't want to be all by herself after a certain time or poor baby

On Sundays do not visit this pharmacy. I cannot understand a word this pharmacist is saying when she talks. Today she could not find my Rx, even though this store pinged me on the previous day to say my Rx was at this store. What I observed was this pharmacist looking in the "A" section for my item. My last name starts with a "C". I then realized she does not understand my language either. Good bye Rite Aid. Hello CVS.

The store itself is clean and can usually find what I'm looking for, the pharmacy however is horrible. I fill a lot of prescriptions every month and I have yet to have a time when there wasn't a problem. Rude "technicians", pharmacists that don't give you the full story. Had a prescription that was sent in, went in to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready, that's fine. Went back a week later to be told it has to be filled by a "specialty pharmacy" I asked what that was and where I could find one and was told there weren't any in the area. Huh?? After another week of me tracking down how to fill this for my daughter I discovered my insurance has a specialty pharmacy. I get the same prescription filled every month for my son, for the past 2 years, and last week went in with the written prescription as it's a controlled substance. The very rude technician told me the prescription was incomplete because it didn't have our address printed on it. I always write my son's birthdate on the top and have never had to have the address filled in. She explained that it is posted and I asked where and she couldn't show me. Today I went in to pick up a prescription that they put on auto refill for me so I wouldn't have problems and guess what, it's not ready because they need information from the doctor. The "technician" told me I could wait 15 minutes and it would be ready, I told her I'd be back tomorrow and she then said they had to wait for the dr to respond. So I guess I should have stayed and waited 15 minutes?? I will be looking for a new pharmacy, the years of frustration have worn me out.

No wonder I never come to Rite Aids. The person wouldn't even break a $20 for me or suggest that I buy something. Super rude.

Rite Aid is my "go to" drug store. In the old days, it was Payless. I like Rite Aid's generic stuff like their ibuprofen, sunscreen, ketotifen eye drops, etc. They are also one of the few places that has one of my favorite candy bars of my youth, "Uno". It was on sale for $0.77 last week. They also has Thrifty ice cream and it's pretty inexpensive. The location in Cupertino is well lighted, clean, and the people are pleasant.

This store is extremely clean and well appointed. They have most of the items that you need and are great in a pinch. The service is what brings this store down as employees look like they want to scream. No one goes out of their way to help and when you ask questions it's as if you're a bother to them.

We have using Walgreens for a really long time and every time we go to pick up it will be a wait of 20 minutes minimum and the max has been more than an hour. When we moved to Rite Aid the experience has been so seamless. The longest I have been waiting is 10 minutes. They go out of their way to get things done quickly and not make you wait. We are so glad we tried Rite Aid and especially this store.
