Nice bank but recently they put a blinking Ted and green Christmas lights at the Homestead branch. So distracting and actually dangerous because it's a very busy intersection! Besides, Blinking lights are tacky. But in this case they're also extremely annoying. It doesn't give me a good feeling about Wells Fargo if that's what you were trying to achieve. You can leave them up just make them stop blinking! There's no need for that And should someone get an accident and fault the blinking lights, it could be expensive for you.

I was in the area and had a business deposit to do. I walked in the branch. Not everyone was wearing a mask. Since I'm vaccinated I didn't wear one. The tellers asked me and only me to wear a mask. Two older white gentlemen walked in after me mask less and was never asked to wear a mask. Like they did to me! This branch profiles only half the people coming in!

This was not our original branch but rapidly is becoming the one we go to. Personnel are friendly, courteous, responsive, and reliable, with outdoor ATMs when they're closed. Add to that two national chain coffee shops right next door, & what more could one ask.

Quality of this branch has declined recently. They have lost experienced staff and are short on seasoned bankers. Junior bankers lack basic courtesy of checking in with customers. I need to find a different branch or perhaps switch to a different bank.

If you have nothing to do in your life and you wish to waste 3 hours that you can never get back then you should go and try to do some banking here preferably waiting in the line every teller behind their this must be the training center for new tellers no one knows what they're doing back
