A very disappointing experience. I visited the store twice to change from my prepaid to a postpaid. The reps at the store could not assist and sent me home with a support ticket and a promise to follow up...No one contacted me from support and the store reps are completely unresponsive. Don't recommend visiting there
BARELY HELPFUL. I wish I had something constructive to say about the employees here, but the guy who "helped" me had barely anything constructive to say to help me. MEH.
